Chapterfour

He stood in front of me, a formidable figure in his half-buttoned grey shirt. His steel-like chest was on full display, the grey only enhancing his aura of ruthlessness and dangerous attractiveness. I couldn't help but wonder how someone could be so devastatingly handsome.

His pale grey eyes, unreadable and sharp, bore into mine. His face was chiseled and devoid of any emotion, making me shiver as I realized I had no way of knowing what the Alpha was thinking.

I couldn't even tell if he was pleased or displeased with my presence. But one thing was for sure - he commanded respect and fear with just his presence alone. And I was no exception. 

He took a step closer, his spicy cologne enveloping me and making me dizzy with its intensity. My heart rate sped up as I tried to stay composed under his piercing gaze. 

"What do you want?" he asked, his voice deep and smooth. It sent shivers down my spine, and I couldn't help but feel a strong pull towards him.

"I... I came to speak with you," I managed to stutter out, trying to steady my trembling hands. 

"Can no one answer me?" the Alpha asked again, his voice low and dangerous. But the room remained deathly quiet, as though everyone was afraid to speak. His piercing eyes swept across the faces of the werewolves standing before him, all of them avoiding his gaze. "I sent you to find a powerful Luna from the Blood Moon pack, and you brought me this! Is this some kind of joke?"

The werewolves shifted nervously, their eyes darting to the girl cowering on the floor. She was small and fragile, with dark hair and trembling limbs. The Alpha's eyes narrowed in suspicion.

"We did not mean to bring the girl to you," one of the werewolves finally spoke up, stepping forward. "We don't even know how she got into the box. She must have been one of the few survivors."

The Alpha's expression turned to one of fury as he glared at his pack. "And so you decided to smuggle her in for yourself?" he accused.

"No! I swear it. I think she crawled into the boxes herself," the werewolf protested, fear evident in his voice.

The girl remained on the cold floor, her knees pressed against the rough stone, her eyes locked on the Alpha's piercing gaze. She wanted to speak, to explain why she had crawled into the box, but her throat felt constricted, as though an invisible hand held it tightly.

As she watched, the Alpha walked up to stand in front of her, his powerful body radiating heat. She shivered as he got even closer, his pale grey eyes boring into her. He lifted a hand and brushed it casually over her lips, causing her to tremble. But when she looked into his eyes, she thought she saw anger.

"Do you have something to say?" the Alpha asked, his hand inching lower to circle her throat. The girl's pulse quickened and her throat tightened, making it impossible for her to speak

I was trembling, partly from fear and partly from the intense energy radiating from the Alpha. I couldn't believe I had just spoken to him with such boldness, but it was too late to take it back.

His grip on my neck tightened, making it difficult to breathe. But instead of giving an order to have me killed, he pulled back and laughed, a harsh sound that sent shivers down my spine. His expression softened, but I could still feel the dangerous edge to it.

As his fingers skimmed over my face, I felt myself blushing under his touch. Every nerve in my body seemed to be on fire, craving more of his caress. I wanted him to mount me right then and there, to make me his.

But before I could give into my desires, he turned to address the other werewolves who had brought me in. They all stood frozen with fear, their eyes darting between the Alpha and me.

After a moment of silence, the Alpha commanded for the other boxes to be taken to his chambers. One of the werewolves spoke up, asking about me.

The Alpha simply replied, "Tie her up in my bedroom," without even looking back at me. And with that, he turned and left, leaving me in the hands of the other werewolves.
