Through the life

She started walking away and I followed her.. somehow she knew I was behind her without even looking back, she stopped by the road and said thanks, I replied by telling her that I will drop her to the apartment but she refused me saying:

“I will take a taxi from here, I have already put you in much trouble.”

I picked her up in bridal style and shushed her

"I don’t like no as an answer"

She kept silent “I won’t tell you my address”

I smiled and said, in my heart ‘of course, you don’t have to as I already know it’

I know where she lives, there are already two bodyguards around her which keep their distance but keep an eye on her all the time. It was only when I reached the area where my car was parked, that I noticed that she was too silent and guess what the girl who was going to travel through a taxi at this time was fast asleep in the arms of a stranger. “Stranger, hmm!, not that I want to be one” I put her in the car, and made my way towards the driver seat. Throughout the way I kept looking at her beautiful face from time to time, it looked creepy as hell but who will see...

She looks so cute when sleeping with her mouth opened a little bit and her cheeks pressed on one side.. she really is an angel how can someone look so cute and beautiful even when sleeping..

When we reached our destination I picked her up and took her to her room.. I was going to put her down on the bed when i felt my shirt being pulled that's when I noticed that she was tightly holding onto my shirt.. I smiled at her small gesture it made a thousand doors of joy open in my heart and because I didn't want to wake her up so I carefully pulled her hand away and put her on the bed but as soon as I did so, I  felt that I lost something.. I looked at my hands which were holding her a moment ago and now they were empty.. it made my heart feel at loss and I wanted to hold her again in my arms

How much I wanted to sleep next to her like that night we met.. she is my savior, without her I would have died.. I don't want to die I want to live... live a happy life with her by my side.. with my sister happily joking around... how much I wanted to have a peaceful and contented life..

She stirs something inside me she bring the old me back.. the old me who would be cheerful always ,who would laugh, who would joke, who would tease his sister, the old me who was happy...who was innocent enough to think life could be spent that way..

I shook my thoughts away and went outside but not before kissing her forehead

"What has happened today shall not be repeated" saying this I walked towards the elevator

James who was also here stood there shocked maybe he was expecting me to send the guards to Fin to be killed because all that happened today was due to their negligence

But I was in a good mood now and didn't feel like killing anyone today..

James POV

I have been working with our King from many years long enough to know that whoever would make any mistake would be sent to Fin. Fin is a heartless man.. when he will get an order of killing the person he would just take out that person's file infront of him and put a "killed" stamp there infront of that man.. after that he will proceed to kill that person mercilessly.. he told me once that these all ways were taught to him by our King .

Our king who didn't only look cold and ferocious but he actually was that kind of person..

If someone would betray him he would torture him in the cells regularly for a month before killing him.

His ways of torturing other people are very inhumane.. other people who only heard of this would shiver with fear..

Our king has always been cruel and cold.. his dangerous aura won't let anyone come close to him.. people who know him only as a president are also afraid of him.. no one can complain because he has always been like this since he sat on the throne of leader...

But since this girl has come into his life he is changing.. it is so visible that everyone asks me if something happened to him.

I am really grateful to her because it makes our life easier too..

She is really sweet and innocent I met her for the first time when I had to throw Zena away ..she stood up for me she cares for everyone around her but Alas she won't be able to live like this if she decided to accept our King because then her enemies would be more than her friends....

Today due to these guards negligence she was in danger.. I could only pray for them to have a less painful death because this girl is very precious to our King...I have seen it in the way he looks at her picture.. his eyes glow with a hint of happiness I have never seen him happy and all smiling since he joined.

But he unexpectedly let them be and forgave them, literally forgave them. Holy f**k.

Jennie's POV

The next morning I woke up late, again, what the hell is wrong with me why can't I just wake up on time for a single day.

Ahhh! I groaned and got ready hurriedly and had to miss breakfast....it has become a habit by now

I booked a cab but there was a small and when I say small I mean a bigggg traffic jam

Wow! way to go jennie so I left the cab and started walking but it was already 10am when I reached the building and boom as soon as I  entered I ran into someone

"Ouch I am so sorry I was in a hurry so i..." I looked upwards and saw a man smiling at me

"Its ok miss you might want to run to your department before you get more late"

"Thank you" I was leaving when he asked my name

"Its jennie" I said while running towards the elevator

My head had already arrived so I went straight to her office..I went in and stood infront of her

"Ma'am I am really sorry I got late..." For the second time today I did not get to complete my sentence before she said

"Its okay" she looked at me smiling "you can start doing your work now, there are bundles of files on your table"

I was so shocked but happy if it would have been zena I would have been dead by now.. but she really is nice and so I came back to my table and started working..

'She was right there are so many files...now I don't know how long it will take before i get free..

Third person POV

Jennie got busy in doing her work, little did she know someone was watching her and was smiling to himself while looking at the concentrated face..

But on another side inside the HR department's head office someone was getting red with anger, her hands were closed in a fist and her nails were digging inside her skin..

She did not want to see her face, she wanted to kill this girl with her own hands.

'You dared cause trouble for my sister.. she loved Daniel so much but just because of you she is lying in the hospital I would not let you live'

She looked at her hands which were bright red now and a few drops of blood had managed to escape from the skin..

"These hands will be filled with your blood one day I would make sure to make your life a living hell before killing you"

She thought and laughed evilly ..

 Jennie's POV  (one again tee-hee)

Argh! I am so tired someone save me please

I didn't eat breakfast or lunch just to complete my work but these files they aren't decreasing every time I look at the bundle, I think it increases every time I see them I swear! I looked around to see if someone is playing tricks with me but everyone is busy in their own work

My phone buzzed and it was Amber

"Hello Amber"

"Hey beauty what's up"

"My life's up"

"What happened"

"Nothing I have so much work to do "

"Oh i thought you were dying'

" I am" I said sadly

"Okay stop with your melodrama we are meeting tonight in the restaurant near your company, be there on time" she said no ordered!

"Only us?" I asked

"No Tyler is also coming and I want you to meet my new boyfriend too"

"Oh okay see ya" and with that, I hung up

Finally, I will see the person about whom she has been talking a lot..

In the center of the city at the top of a building, a man is standing and is smoking, he looks around the place and then looks down at his foot which rests on the glass floor and the busy street can be seen clearly from up there, when he gets a call

"Okay I will be there" with that he hung up.

"Soon my dear.. soon we will meet.. soon you will be in my arms.. very soon " he smirks and spotting a bald old man walking slowly through the street, he throws his cigarette butt targeting the bald head and it actually hit. Seeing the old guy rubbing his head he starts laughing loudly.
