It made me feel that my disappearance made it clear to Edison who I really was in his life. It was clear to both of us how much we really meant to each other… how much we adored each other's lips. I had never been so happy as this in my whole life. I was finally with Edison. I was finally in his arms, where I truly belonged.
Then I remembered that Jonas was also there. I ended the kiss by pushing him gently, and I looked in Jonas's direction and found he was standing with his back on us.
