Something is wrong with Riley, but he is hiding it.

I could hear his heart beating fast and his eyes calculating, ‘’Don’t lie to us, " Darius pleaded.
Two weeks ago, something changed in Riley’s personality. He became more distant but has been forcing himself to hide it, and we can’t talk about it because Cassian and I know it will trigger him, or worse, break him.
He needs to come to us, so we wait, except I am not the type to wait. Even right now, I want to force the words out of his mouth.
