I stirred awake with the feel of the sun gently stroking my face and the lack of warmth that I had expected to be by my side i opened my eyes
I had turned around to find someone staring back at me or at least in bed with me but the person I was expecting was nowhere near me.
Is he like an early riser?
I thought to myself and decided to think about his whereabouts and get on with my plan now that I am alone. I jumped out of bed and changed out of my pajamas into something more comfortable.
I felt empty, and I haven't felt Rica's presence since I got here… I tried to call out to him
“Rica?”
“Rica?”
“Are you mad at me?”
“Come don't be like that” I whined
“Hey, you with me?”
“Fine be like that”
All I got was nothing, no movement, no noises.
