Sitting in the court room watching the trial, my phone buzzes in my pocket.
Baby Girl 3:12:55 pm: I need help. I'm in my office
Me 3:13:23 pm: Are you alright?
After a minute there was no response. I mind linking Jerry, since he was standing guard on our floor. "Hey Jerry, can you go check on Olive. She just sent me a message and didn't respond.' not even ten seconds later. 'Alpha, she's passed out on the floor. I'm bringing her to the hospital.' I turned to Nate and mumbled" let's go". I mind linked the bailiff to what was happening. He nodded and told the judge.
We sped off to the hospital just as Jerry and Olive were getting there. I took her out of Jerry's arms and carried her in. Doctor Eric met me with a gurney. Nate and I went back with her. There was no stopping
