Federica’s pov The morning of graduation arrived bright and clear. Soft sunlight came through the tall windows of my bedroom. I stood in front of the mirror, smoothing the soft fabric of my dress. It was elegant and simple — a deep blue that hugged my waist and fell nicely to my knees. Over it I would wear the black academic gown and the cap with the tassel.
