I was trying my hardest to get my emotions under control as we sped towards the gym. Every time I thought about Neil and the fear that came off in waves from Kassi, I had my anger flaring up again!
I swear to the Moon Goddess Braxton that if you do not deal with Neil, then I will take over and tear him to shreds! Jackson growled at me.
JACKSON! You are not helping. We need to keep a level head right now! We need to make sure that his stepdaughter is safe and that Kassi can stop living in fear! All I heard was grumbling and growling throughout my head as Jackson became even more restless.
