Unknown POV “For many years we have been close friends. I need you now more than ever. I need you to help me do this. I know that your services aren’t to be taken for granted so I have brought payment. The fate of the young princes must be sealed immediately. And of course they can never find out that their fate has been decided by someone other than the Gods.” He said. His tall, slim figure made the small room look even smaller as he gracefully strode across the room. This man was known for his kind words, bluntness, perseverance and most of all loyalty. People never knew him like she did. She knew everyone – there was nothing that could be hidden from her- not even the feelings you don’t dare to admit to even yourself. She was an ancient being that outlived every other. Her knowledge was incomparable; no one could tell the truth like she could. She looked up at his tall figure. She knew what he was up to. She knew before he even spoke but she decided to let him think that he surprised even her. “My friend” she started “You know me too well. Hand over the payment and their fate shall be sealed. But be warned this union could cause serious problems. This could cause a war that could break our kind forever.” “I’m willing to take that risk. Here, I cannot be here so long – the family needs me. I shall forever be in your debt. Thank you. Good day.” He said handing over the payment and gathering his belongings before leaving. She smiled to herself. “My dear fool, no one can interrupt the wishes of the Gods, not even I, the most powerful of us all. But lucky for you it seems that the Gods will want exactly what you do. This will cause many problems. This is a battle that I cannot see but I can feel. A merge of two kingdoms is what you want, then I guess it seems like the gods want it to. Hahahahaha free payment. Wise fools never cease to amuse me. Young princes, your worlds are about to be – as the youth put it – rocked to the core.” She mused to herself. In her lifetime she had seen cases like this over and over. There was no way to defy the gods, which was the secret to her existence. She had never lied about their will but now one of her friends has asked that of her, his intentions the same as many before him. It amazed her how far the wicked would go to get what they want. She rose from her place at her table to stand by the fireplace to gather a bit of warmth. Her knee length long grey hair looked blond under the glow of the fire from her office. Her tall, slim figure had nothing that pointed directly to her age apart form her hair but the humans could never tell. Her face was too youthful for them to ever question the young ages she gave herself when she encountered the occasional curious human. Her aura was the epitome of true power and wisdom. No one could defeat her – alone at least. No one would ever question her, they knew better. There was only one part of her that till this day was not as strong as the persona she put across. Only one part that couldn’t keep up with the mean side she showed so that people wouldn’t doubt her strength - her heart……. She would do as this man wished but not for the money, but because it was what had to be done. The world would never be the same again as two atoms- or in this case two very different worlds – “accidentally” collided.
