Katie couldn't take it anymore, Monday afternoon, two days after her confrontation with Colin, she decided it was best to just quit work that day. She only went in to get her things and say her goodbyes. She knew she should have handed in her notice weeks ago and she might get in trouble for leaving so abruptly but Katie couldn't face Colin anymore, especially not after their conversation the other night.
