Drunk

As Liam opens the door to Sophia's villa, She stumbles inside, her voice slurring together in a nonsensical jumble. The villa is a stunning, modern oasis with sleek lines, high ceilings, and expansive windows that showcase the breathtaking view of the city. 'As Sophia makes her way through the living room, she starts to ramble, her words spilling out in a confused torrent. 'Flamingoes are wearing tutus on the moon ........ and the cheese is singing opera...... no, wait, it's the chocolate cake that is doing the tango..... with the spoons........ and the forks are playing hide and seek in the garden. 'Miss Sophia, I think you've had too much to drink, he suggests guiding her up the stairs to her room. 'I hate... hate the fake smiles, Charlotte always being so critical with my pro..... progress, but when it comes to her projects, she's always so smug and self-congratulatory........ like hello, you are not perfect either, Charlotte!, said Sophia and sat on the stairs resting her head on the railings, moving her hands up and down in the railings. 'You know, people think I just wal... waltzed into this position that I didn't have to work for it.......... but they have no idea what I have to do to get here, the sacrifices I've made, I remember when I was still a kid, I would take my grandpa jacket and give him a very very ve.... very warm hug, said Sophia standing up and collecting Liam's jacket and wrapped it over her body and hugged him. Liam's eyes widened in surprise as Sophia suddenly wrapped her arms around him, pulling him into a tight embrace. He hadn't expected this, hadn't seen it coming. For a moment, he was frozen, unsure how to react. 'As Sophia's face buried into his chest, Jackson's instincts kicked in, and he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. 'You are strong, Miss Sophia; let go of the pain, Miss; let go of the fear, said Liam, and he released Sophia, holding her hands, her body went limp, and he tried to hold her upright but it was too late, A wave of nausea washed over her and she vomited all over Liam's shirt and pants. 'Oh no, Miss Sophia, it's okay, exclaimed Liam trying to hold her hair back and pat her gently on her back as she continued to heave. But Sophia was beyond consolation, she was too far gone, too drunk, too exhausted. With a final shudder, she passed out in Liam's arms, her body going slack. Liam sighed, holding her close as he tried to clean up the mess on her face. He couldn't help but smile at the absurdity of it all. 'Who passes out and vomits on their bodyguard? Only Miss Sophia, it seemed. He scooped her up in his arms, cradling her like a child, and carried her to her bedroom. Gently laying her down, he grabbed a blanket to cover her.'As he looked down at Sophia's face, he couldn't help but feel a sense of responsibility, of care.He would protect her, no matter what, Even from herself. Then he left the room and went to clean up the mess on the stairs.
