Both Shweta and Anu's relationship is growing stronger day by day. They have become thick friends and have become inseparable. Most people in the office know about their duo, which has become famous in the last few weeks. Today, there is a local festival going on, so most of the locals have taken leave. As it is compulsory for Shweta to work even during holidays, she came in today. Anu loves the office more than her home. To be honest, she is in love with writing about her new friend, Shweta. Nowadays, she enjoys coming to the office. The duo has made their moments memorable with their laughter and the laughter of their colleagues. They both find peace in coming to the office these days. Now, the duo is in the canteen on the 16th floor. Even though this office has a canteen on each floor, they chose to come to the 16th floor for some snacks. They both work on the 24th floor but wanted to drink coffee on the 16th floor. This has become their hobby. For the past week, they have been coming to the 16th floor for their food and snacks because they love the office's extravagant interior design. They decided to explore the office completely during their break time. Currently, there are only three people present in the canteen: Shanti, the female cook, and the duo. The three of them are engaging in some fun-filled conversations and are thoroughly enjoying each other's presence. Now, Navya is pretending to be a reporter with a microphone made of a bun and a fork, asking funny questions to Shanti. Anu is writing critiques to post on the company's i********: page, listening to their funny conversation. "Hello everyone, I am Shweta from ReadyReports. Today, we are here to hear the grievances of Ms. Shanti, who works at ReadyGroups. Ms. Shanti, where are you working?" "Ma'am, I am working at Reddy Groups, situated in Amaravathi." While they are conversing, the power suddenly goes out. Anu gets distracted by the power cut but decides to ignore it and watch Shweta's antics. "Tell me, Shanti, what is your problem here?" "Ma'am, everything is a problem here. They are not even supplying power regularly." "Oh, really? Is this your problem? Look, everyone, how Reddy Groups is doing! 1. My husband works as a driver for himself and his friend. You know, he is misusing his job and position to get drunk. When I thought he was doing this, on other occasions, they both offered him free alcohol. He is really irritating and annoying me by coming home drunk. We can't sleep peacefully at night due to all of his antics, ma'am. If they want to give him a gift, can't they give him some money or snacks for my kids? But they are offering him alcohol, ma'am. Where can I express my grievances? To whom can I tell my grievances?" Shweta is asking all of these questions like a serious reporter trying to make a revolution, while Shanti speaks like a victim. Anu can't stop herself from smiling at their antics. Suddenly, the power comes back on, so Anu decides to continue posting on the internet while they both continue their conversation as reporter and victim. "Now, Ms. Shanti, tell us about your husband and how you both got married?" "Actually, we were both from the same village. During a festival at a temple, we went to that same temple with our families. The festival was ongoing, and I was standing in the crowd with my cousin. He was standing opposite me in the crowd. There were a few people carrying the idol into the temple. We were standing on opposite sides of the road. I didn't see him at first; my cousin told me that a guy with a big mustache was looking at me. I actually wanted my husband to have a big mustache, so I immediately decided to look at him. When I looked at him, he winked at me, and we both started loving each other." She said all this while looking at the floor, smiling shyly. "Oh ho! So you guys had a love marriage?" Shanti nodded shyly, still looking at the floor and smiling. "Oh, there's nothing to feel shy about! Okay, tell us how long you guys loved each other before marriage?" "One day, ma'am." Hearing her reply, both Shweta and Anu were shocked. To express Shweta's feeling, "shocked" would be an understatement. The person standing just outside the canteen entrance also became curious upon hearing her reply. "One day? Can you please elaborate on your story, Ms. Shanti?" "Then he winked at me. My aunt, who was standing behind me, saw him. She immediately informed my parents and created a huge problem, arranging a village court. In that court, they asked him why he winked at me. He replied that he loved me and wanted to marry me. Then they asked my parents' opinion and ordered him to marry me. Then we got married. But the shocking truth is yet to be revealed: he did not wink at me; he winked at my aunt. At that moment, I saw him. To escape from the court, he said that he loved me and wanted to marry me. He accidentally informed me of this during our first night, as he got drunk that day. That day, my heart broke. From that day, I started hating his drinking habit." While explaining all this, her expression changed from happiness to excitement, to shock, sadness, and anger. Shweta shared all this with a serious expression, blinking her eyes, which added a funny essence to the situation. The person who was standing outside the canteen is now standing behind the table at which Anu is sitting and working, attentively listening to this conversation. After hearing the conversation, he stares at them, folding his arms across his chest. Anu is now trying hard not to laugh. They are both really funny. To worsen the situation, the next question Shweta asked Shanti made it hard for her to hold back her laughter. "Oh really? Is this how that monkey face and grumpy face are disturbing your married life, which started after your long one-day love journey?" This question caught Anu off guard, and she started laughing loudly. "I really want to meet your grumpy face now." While saying this, she noticed the man standing behind the table, staring at both of their conversations. So she asked him, "Excuse me, do you need any help?" Hearing her, he immediately turned towards her. While turning, his hand lightly hit her forehead, but due to his strength, it caused her a bit of pain. "Ouch!" she said, rubbing that area. After seeing her, he said, "No, I don't need any help, but I think you actually need one." Saying that, he turned towards Shweta and Shanti, who were engrossed in their conversation and didn't notice these two. Now, she is really irritated by his attitude; he is not even apologizing for hurting her accidentally, she thought, and again asked him, "Excuse me, I am speaking to you. What are you looking at? Is there a show going on?" After hearing her stern tone, the other three in the room turned their attention towards her. "What?" the man asked. "What, what? I asked you, why are you looking at her like you are going to expel her from the company in the next 5 minutes?" While saying all this, Shweta, shocked, reached towards her, turned her around, and sternly whispered, "If you don't stop, he is going to expel you." Then they all heard footsteps entering the canteen, belonging to none other than Arun and Mrs. Sumati, the Senior Editor of Reddy Groups. Mrs. Sumathi introduced the man to Anu and Anu to the man. "Anu, meet Mr. Shiva. He is our company's CEO. And Shiva, this is Anu, an editor in our company who is making our newspaper reach different states and countries." "Hello, sir." "Hello, Miss Anu." "Anu, actually, we are arranging a success party for you and our department next Wednesday, and the CEO wants to congratulate you for this," Mrs. Sumathi said. "Yes, congratulations, Miss Anu," said Shiva. "A 15% coverage increase in 3 weeks is not easy," said Arun. "It's my pleasure, sir," said Anu. While all this is going on, a person is impatiently looking at her watch and the people around her. Her behavior does not go unnoticed by them. "Ma'am, you could have called me to your room to inform me about this. Why did you come downstairs? You said you were not feeling well before. What was necessary for this?" Anu asked. Then suddenly, Shiva asked Mrs. Sumathi, "Ma'am, what would you like to have? You said you have a headache. Okay, let me bring you something." He left the group and moved towards the counter to place his order. In the meantime, Shweta switched back to the conversation between Sumathi and Anu. "Ma'am, the break is almost over. Now I have to go to my room to write some calculations. Kindly permit me to leave," she said. They both shook their heads, indicating that it was impossible. Then Sumathi moved out of the way, allowing her to go to her room. Anu also informed Sumathi that she was leaving. Then Shiva, Anu, and Sumathi sat peacefully and spoke about the company history and major events. During the conversation, Sumathi also mentioned the congratulatory event for Shweta. They had come to inform her too, but she ran away, saying that she just had 2 minutes left. Knowing Shiva's nature, Sumathi also permitted her to go to her office. "Was everything you said true?" Shiva asked. Shanti was stunned to hear his question for a second. She thought she had been caught red-handed. When he asked again, "Did he marry you just one day after you both met for the first time? Okay, I will inquire about this in detail. I think he will respond to me." When he said those things, she realized he hadn't heard her scolding about him and his friend. After thinking for a few seconds, she nodded her head, looking down. Then Sumathi left for her office, and the two men moved towards their guest house, taking Shanti's husband as the driver. They offered some foreign drinks to him and asked him about his marriage story, laughing loudly while hearing his tale. Then they both fell asleep on the floor. Shanti's husband carried them to their respective beds and decided to go home. But in the middle of the night, they both woke up due to worries about those girls. So they immediately decided to check the girls' reports. They first checked their professional report and the tasks they had completed in those three weeks. They were stunned by their professional perfection, qualifications, and dedication. But they didn't want to know all this; they wanted something else. Let's see what that something else is. Bye bye. See you. Tata.
