Chapter Twenty-One For an hour the rain poured down. When it stopped, the last sunlight of the day glistened off the wet ground in front of the cottage. Marl got some dry wood and started the fire again, while Raina chopped some vegetables for dinner. Callista came out of the cottage, stretching. “I’m pretty sure Kal is trying to kill me.” Raina shook her head. “I let you get lazy around here.
