Chapter 13

1903 Words
Zinnia P.O.V. Everything is so dark. Where is Sage? Or daddy? Opening my eyes, I look around and see Sage sleeping next to me. Sitting up, rubbing my eyes. That damn woman was touching me, acting all friendly. Why did daddy let me see that woman? She was putting on a fake face from the begging and daddy didn't even see it or say anything. I should have bitten her instead of daddy. I shake Sage a little. "Sage wakes up. Daddies are not around." Sage whines. Turning over at me, she opens her eyes. "What?" "Come on. We can go play without daddy's getting nosy." Sage sit's up, looking around. "I can't get out of the crib, Zinnia." She turns to me, tears in her eyes. "Sshhh, it's okay, Sage. I will help. No need to cry, alright." "Ok" She whips her eyes quickly. Holding onto the bars, I get down slowly. Falling on my butt but quickly get up. It's a good thing Sage crib doesn't have top bars like mine, daddy always made sure to luck the damn crib, and I couldn't get out. Turning around, I look everywhere. I see a chair next to the changing table. Walking to it, I push on the chair up to the crib. Getting on the chair, I hold my hand out to Sage. "Come on, Sage, just one leg over the crib. I got you." She slowly puts her leg on the other side, getting over and stepping on the chair. "See, easy, Sage." I help her down off the chair, grabbing her hand. We walk into her closet, looking at all her dresses. I had never seen Sage in a dress before, but then again, she would rather be in something she could sleep in. "Do you want to dress up, Sage?" She nods her head and looks around the closet. "I don't know what to pick." "Hmm, how about you pick for me, and I will do the same with you." Letting go of her hand, I go right for the pink dress with the long sleeves and big bow. I think Sage will look cute in this, but then she needs her hair done too! Turning around, I see Sage holding a red dress. We switched dresses. Taking off my onesie, I quickly put on the dress. I watch as Sage tries to take off her clothes but ends up getting angry. "I will help Sage." I helped her put her arm through the sleeves, pushing her hair out of her face. Sage is really like a baby. She doesn't even know how to put on clothes. Here I thought she was putting on her clothes like how daddy lets me. Now when I think about it, even the caregivers used to dress me up every day. Why doesn't my daddy do that for me? Am I too big for that? Or is it because daddy doesn't want to do it for me? It makes sense. I might as well stick to Sage before I get hurt than what I am at. Has long been good with daddy, and don't think of anything around him I will be good. "You look so pretty, Zinnia!" Sage screamed, her eyes lighting up. "Thank you, Sage, but I think you look way prettier than me." Sage shakes her head, looking down at her hands. "Zinnia, I always thought you were pretty and didn't ever think you not okay." This is weird that Sage is getting so upset with me. She usually sits back takes everything. I guess Sage does love me to tell me. She doesn't even talk that way to uncle Theo. Grabbing her hand, I pull her out of the closet. "Okay, Sage. As long as you believe you are just as pretty!" She smiles, nodding her head. We take all Sage's bears already a small table for us, pouring them tea and getting them those toy's sandwiches. I love playing with Sage. She is so kind and never tries to get any of the bears angry or even me. It doesn't help that Panda is the head cook, yelling at us when he should be out here. Maybe I should cook him, get Sage and the other bears to make him into soup or something. I set down a plate in front of Miss Flowers. "Sage, I need to talk to you about something." Sage turns and looks at me, giving me a nod. "About what, Zinnia?" "It's about our daddies. When they come in, I need you to do something for me." Owen P.O.V. Annie left after an hour of talking about our littles health and the steps we have to go by until we meet at the hospital. Then, Anne was trying to get us down and dirty with her. I'm known for getting all down and being a player but never her when my family wants me to marry Anne for power. Even though Anne is a friend we grew up with, she slowly started to turn into her family. She wanted power, and money, even though her dream was helping littles. Anne's own family chose her own little, and I think that's why we never got along with Anne little. It was like Anne was brainwashed. Now she wants Theo and me every time she sees us. I wouldn't blame her. The only reason why we had s*x the first time was to see what it was like. And I fall in love with the pleasure. The way Theo and I play with a woman's body makes it even better. But hey, I was born kinky. "Owen, when was the last time you feed?" "Two weeks ago, I have been dying a little. The blood bag isn't cutting it anymore for me." Theo nods, looking down at the floor. "Look, leave Zinnia here. You go and feed. I don't want you to bite Zinnia anytime soon." "Honestly, Theo, I would love to. But I know I can wait. I don't want to leave Zinnia longer than I have to. I can wait until they start half-day." I forgot about daycare until I saw an email pop up this morning. It turns how Zinnia and Sage are going to be in the same room. At least there will be no fighting or bragging Zinnia to stay in the other room. "When are you planning on taking Zinnia to half a day?" "Tomorrow morning, she starts at nine, and I pick her up at one." "Sage doesn't go until the day after, so Zinnia will be on her own." In the end, it will be good for Zinnia to do something alone. She will be able to be on her own for a while, but she might be mad for a stay away from Sage so long. "Oh, Jack, my boss is coming over tomorrow afternoon. They are coming over for a play date. Come over if Zinnia has been good for you." "Yeah, I will let you know." Looking over at the clock, I let out a growl. "It's time for Zinnia dinner and bedtime." Zinnia hates bedtime, and I kind of hope she doesn't put up a fight again. She's been acting weird since that first sleepover. Theo nods. I walk towards Sage's bedroom, hearing the girls' giggles coming and laughing. Opening the door a little bit, Zinnia runs around, putting teacups off to the beats. Sage is handling the fake money and talking to a panda bear about something. I don't remember Zinnia wearing that red dress, she looks beautiful, but I don't know leaving clothes over. Stepping inside the room, I clear my throat, getting the girl's attention. "Zinnia, where did you get that nice dress?" "Sage and I were dressing up. Then we were playing with the bears." She points to the table, and Sage is smiling. "Alright, let's get you out of that dress and into your clothes. We need to get home. You have a big day tomorrow." Both girls whined, throwing their heads back. Zinnia stomped her feet. "Daddy, I don't want to goooo home. I want to have a sleepover with Sage." Sage sees Theo and runs up to him, pulling on his pant leg. "Daddy, can she Z stay over. I was good all day... Please." Theo picks up Sage, kisses her forehead. "No, baby girl, Zinnia and Uncle Owen are busy tomorrow. She needs her sleep, and you need yours too. Maybe we can work something out later, alright." Sage turns to Zinnia, giving her a sad look. Zinnia says nothing. Going inside the closet, I follow behind and watch her take off her dress and put on her clothes. She is just thinking of different colours and pitchers of bears they were playing with inside her mind. I hate looking inside her mind. She never is saying anything or doing anything. Holding my arms out for her but she walked right but and went right into the bedroom. Hugging Sage, and walks out to the door. I look at Theo. He turns and looks at me. "I will talk with Sage and see what's going on." I nod and walk to the doo. Standing there was Zinnia with her head down. What the hell is wrong with Zinnia? What's with her dragging Sage in this? Theo P.O.V. Sage splashed the water with her toys, and the added bubbles made her laugh in the tub. Sage did do well today. She didn't bite the doctor, so that's a plus. "Hey, baby girl. What was wrong with Zinnia?" Sage looks up at me and shakes her head. "She... Z is sad." I take out the toys in her tub, putting in shampoo. Sage plays with the bubbles, covering her whole body with them. I laugh at her cuteness and counting washing her. "Why is Zinnia Sad?" "Daddy, please don't tell uncle O, he might get mad at her, and I don't want Zinnia to think of her different" "It will depend on that baby girl. Uncle Owen is worried about her, and we want our girls to be all smiles and laughing." She looks down at her hands and nodding. Washing off the shampoo, I smile as she puts her head back right away. I love when I don't have to say anything, my Perfect little girl. Wrapping her in a towel, I carry her out and sit her on her changing table. She looks up at me. "She's sad because uncle O doesn't love her as much as you love me, daddy." Hmm, is that why she put on the dress? She wanted Owen to notice her? I know Sage hates dressing, and she throws a fit when she can't get on clothes. "What do you mean he doesn't love her?" "That he doesn't take the time to change her clothes or when they eat he doesn't sit with her sometimes. She's alone, daddy." "Oh baby girl, she's not alone. Uncle Owen doesn't know how to show it like how I show you love. You don't get to worry about that, Sage. I bet she is going to be loved so much tomorrow that she will forget it." "Promise daddy?" "I promise, baby girl. No need to worry about Zinnia no more, okay baby girl." "Okay, daddy. I love you, daddy." "Love you too, baby girl."
