Chapter 12I pulled out some Doritos once I was in her apartment and sat in front of her TV to continue my Adam Lee movie since she too already have the movie
Few hours later, Peter texted me 'Thinking about you' which I ignored. I continued my movie and have already started enjoying being unemployed when another message popped up on my phone
'Where the hell are you?' from Jason
"Arrogant asshole" I murmured and continued my movie
'Why are you not in your office?'
"Ask me one more time" I said with a mouthful of Doritos
'Lexi, for God sake where are you?'
'I owe you no explanation' I texted back
'Lexi, I'm sorry. Just come back to the office, let's talk it out'
'There is nothing to talk about sir. I fired myself'I texted back and switched off my phone
