It has been a few weeks since Xavier had woken up and finally, he is able to return home. The day he woke up was probably the happiest I’ve ever been. The doctor had come in after my screaming fest and after checking to make sure he was okay, took the tube out. I bawled my eyes out for the millionth time that day. We spoke a little however, his family dominated the conversation. One is his mother and sister. I didn’t mind, we had all the time to talk later. I also forgave his family for being horrible to me when we first met. I could see that his mother and sister really cared for him and wanted what’s best though they were misguided.
