Chapter 16 - A memory or a dream part II

That didn't stop Pearl and Chloe fighting for his affection.  At first, while his girlfriend is in class or hanging out with her friends; he starts to flirt with Pearl more often than you can count. The flirting has become dangerous when Marvin insists on kissing Pearl when she tries to resist.

“ Come one ! “ says Marvin as he winked at Pearl.

“ What? “ says Pearl as she was gazing at his eyes in a longing way when she was in deep thought.

“ I know you can’t stand this “ says Marvin as he flirts with her.

Or more likely, Marvin is flirting with Heather's circle of friends. Marvin met Pearl through Alex Rave. Because, Alex Rave was close friends with Heather. Except, little did Pearl know that Heather and Madison were once childhood best friends.  For Heather, she remembers all the past memories of Madison. 

But for Madison, she doesn't remember meeting or becoming friends with Heather. It's as if Madison's memories were erased. It's also when Pearl becomes very shy to any guy. She was especially shy about talking to Marvin. That's how she is. She first starts to be so angelic to anyone. Even though, she's not nice deep inside. I guess you could say she's two-faced. A person who is two/face is like one minute when she's in front of people she's nice and caring. And then when she's alone she becomes mean and doesn't care. 

If Pearl becomes shy, she's doing it on purpose. Because, she wants everyone to like her. Even when she's being fake with everyone. Except for her best friend Heather. She shows her true colors which is her real self to her best friend Heather. She could relax around her, since her best friend won't judge her. She let loose in her emotions. In other words, she didn't care about what she said. Nor does she care if someone got hurt from what she said.  If someone asked her opinion, she would just compliment it. 

But back in her mind, is how and what she's really thinking. She didn't want people to judge her, so she did the opposite of what she would have thought of at first. Pearl likes being her real self when she's around her best friend, Heather. These two were more than best friends. They grew up together. They went to the same school together. Their parents were bestfriends with one another. So, she thought that her best friend would always be there for her. She thinks that Heather would support her every decision. 

Even the decisions where she made a mistake. And then she will regret ever choosing it.  However, for Heather; she knows what's right and wrong. She knows that she can't always support Pearl's decisions. Because, whatever her choices are when it comes to the guy who has a girlfriend and Pearl likes him. She can't support her that way.
