She looked around. She noticed that this was all her fault. Like she couldn’t control her emotions. And that there was shattered glass. Oliver and the guys were staring at her.
“ Take a picture, it'll last a long “ said Rina as she quietly whispered to them.
She winked at them. She doesn’t have that much energy. Franklin tapped her shoulder. She turned around and looked at him. Waiting for Jerome is what she does. She waits, but she ends up falling asleep. She starts to drowse into sleepiness. She was sitting up straight as her back was against the seat when she fell asleep. Cedrick and the guys were awed at how lovely she was sleeping. However; they didn’t want her to have a painful neck. So, they were deciding who would allow her to lay her head into theirs.
Soraya’s guy friends saw her sleeping face. It was adorable for them to see her sleeping. Agustin didn’t want anyone to wake Rina when she slept. They feared that people would attack her in her sleep. If they did, they wouldn’t be able to live to see their last day in life. That’s how terrifying it is. The guys were talking among each other when Orion came over to them. They turned to face them.
“ Hey man, lighten up. No one will hurt Rina while we are here “ said Orion as he took a deep breath when he slowly approached Franklin at their table.
“ We will make sure no one will disturb her sleep “ as Oliver followed what they said to them as they tried their best to convince otherwise.
Agustin looked at his friends for a moment. They both nodded at each other before answering to Orion.
“ Thanks for the offer. But, we would politely decline. We are not that close to you yet. We are only close to Rina. So, it is okay with us to stay by her side “ said Agustin as he gave his final answer to Orion before he walked close to her.
Brian looked at Soraya’s guy friends. He sighs.
“ We don’t trust you yet. I appreciate you being friends with Jerome. Since, he’s used to being friendly with others. However; Rina isn’t used to being the center of attention. This takes a toll on her “ said Brian as he looked at over and his friends as he glanced at each of them.
Cedrick sighs as well. It’s as if he knew what others were going to ask. He turned his head to face them.
“ You guys seem like an okay chill type of person. We appreciate you being friendly towards us. But, we do not socialize with others who have ill intentions towards both Jerome and his girlfriend Rina “ as he took a deep breath while looking at all of them when he said he was referring to a specific person to hear it.
The guys nodded at them. Soraya stepped closer to them.
“ Are you saying that we cannot become friends with you? Because, you think we have ill intentions towards you guys and Rina. Is that what you are telling us? '' Soraya takes a deep breath and hides her sadness of hurt that she had heard.
They stayed quiet. Elroy shakes his head up and down signaling them. He was telling them ‘ yes ‘ to her question. The guys that are friends with Soraya finally spoke. They were ready to defend Soraya and Acadia. Even though Oliver and Owen don't know much about Acadia much. They could even speak for the guys that they don’t know anything about Acadia. So, there wasn’t much for them to defend. They could only defend Soraya.
“ Why do you say it like that, Agustin ? You don’t trust us. Soraya isn’t the type of woman who would hurt a fly. She’s innocent in all of this “ says Orlando as he defends her with his life.
Rina’s friends sigh over and over. It seems like they don’t understand their situation. Nor do they want to become friends with them. How would he say it without hurting their feelings? Acadia stepped into the conversation.
“ Soraya is my friend. She won’t hurt anyone. She’s too nice and friendly. Give us a chance. We’ll show you that we WANT to be friends with you guys “ said Acadia as she was trying to get through them before she could go near both of them.
Acadia was thinking of befriending Rina. So then, there would be more opportunities for her to hangout with Jerome without getting caught. The guys were about to agree as he looked at Soraya’s face. However; there was a part of them that didn't agree. It’s not because of Soraya. She seems genuine.
“ If you guys really want to be our friends, especially Rina, There are a lot of ways to be friends with her. And even if we did decide to become your friend; it won’t be our decision “ said Franklin as he parted the hair covering Rina’s face while carefully rubbing the softness of her skin.
Their faces were speechless. They were making an ‘ o ‘ shape from their mouth.
“ Then how did you six become friends with Rina ? “ said Oscar as he tried to carefully say what he wanted to ask them.
Elroy and others glance at each of these people. They were laughing in their heads. Their expressions change from softness to mean.
“ Let’s just say we are destined to become friends with Rina right off the bat. Even when we are known to be picky in letting people in our circle of friends “ says Elroy as he looks at everyone with a look that says ‘ MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS ‘.
Acadia starts to push it. She wants to know the story. She wants to gather information. Any weakness that Rina would have. If she had any. Or if there is any weakness that Jerome has. No one within her friends knew what she was doing. She could easily switch her expression face like a drop of a hat. People like these could easily fool anyone without batting an eyelash. This was known as a ‘ two-face ‘ personality. One is a fake hiding in a facade mask. While, the other mask is their true face.
“ Do you really want to know how we became friends with Rina? Would you be able to handle it? “ as Darwin gives Soraya, Acadia, Oliver, Orion, Owen, Orlando, Oswaldo and Omar a look that would make your whole body ache and shiver in pain with just one glare and a devilish smirk.
The guys stayed quiet. Especially Soraya and her friend. They were debating whether to push the issue. They want to become friends with them. However; Rina’s friends could see through Acadia’s mask. It was easily known. It wasn’t that hard to figure out what Acadia really wants.
“ Or you Acadia, you want to know if there was any weakness to any of us, especially Rina, isn't that right ? You can fool your friends, but you cannot fool us nor fool Rina “ said Brian and Cedrick as they say this with venom in their words as it was lace with a scowl at her.
Agustin approached Acadia slowly. He leaned close to her. She moved her face right away. He leaned toward her ear. He whispers something into her ear. Which led her to slap directly to his face really hard.
“ That’s not nice. You slap me you b*tch. I wonder if she saw this. Would she forgive you ? “ as Agustin's attitude towards her became cruel towards her.
“ I wonder what your friends will do if they find out who you really are . “ as Rina’s friends gang up on her, while Jerome was in the back where the break room was.
Soraya’s face changed to anger.
“ How dare you accuse my friend Acadia ? You don’t know her like I do. She would never betray me. She’s not a w***e nor is she a fake friend “ as Soraya huffed and yelled at them.
Acadia was in deep thought.

Why would she do that?
It’s not like we are really friends.
What those guys said about me was true.

I don’t need friends.
I’m only using Soraya, because she’s rich.

I just want to get Jerome.
I like watching couples break up.

Rina was oblivious to anything. She was sleeping soundly. Not until she heard what Acadia said. Her voice was so loud that even she could pick it up. It’s second nature to her.

Her mind was too loud. Even Rina could hear it. It was disgusting for her. Especially when she mentions Jerome’s name in there. That’s when she snapped. Without anyone noticing, Rina woke up in the blink of an eye. She got off the table right away. The others didn’t notice. There was a strong gust of wind entering the building where they stand. Her attitude and personality suddenly change. Acadia and the others snapped back to reality. They felt like the floor was shaking really hard as if there’s an earthquake.
They heard a loud roar of a lion that was really easy to hear.
“ RINA! “ as her friends calls her when she was standing in front of Acadia face-to-face.
She shouldn’t push her button, but she did. And that was the biggest mistake she ever made. Her facial expression changed from friendly to mean. She could see that smirk coming from Acadia. She heard her name being called. She turned to face her friends. She saw blood. She knew that someone hurt her friends. Agustin was behind her. She felt embraced. She turned around to face him. She extended her hand as she cupped his face. There was sadness in her eyes.
“ Are you okay my friend, Agustin ? That b*tch didn’t hurt you did she? “ said Rina as she was smiling at them with every fiber of venom shown in what she said to them.
Franklin and his friends sigh. As they sigh, it means that it's trouble. And Acadia made it worse for herself. She digs her own grave. However; they didn’t know that. She inhaled his scent as her head was near his neck.
“ I smell blood. Who hurt you Agustin ? “ as Rina gazed at his face studying him making sure there wasn’t anymore scratch on him.
“ Tell me who did it. So that the person will live in fear. They mess with the wrong people “ as Rina caresses his face gently, so he won’t feel pain from the touch.
Rina found the wound on his face. She touches it gently. She quietly says something. Agustin could see her eyes. He turned to the side. He allowed her to touch him more. She took a whiff of his scent. His scent of blood was delicious. She leans close and licks the wound. Cedrick approached her. He wasn’t afraid. He gave him a bandaid. He couldn’t see where the wound was. So, Darwin helped him apply the bandage on Agustin’s face. There was a sound of disgust coming their way.
Things escalated when Soraya and his friends tried to protect Acadia. It was her action alone that made it worse. And yet they still protect her without knowing it. Soraya was in front of Acadia. She was protecting her from getting hurt. Rina turned around to face them. Oliver and the others stand guard over them. She stared at everyone’s eyes.
“ STEP ASIDE! This doesn’t concern you Soraya and her guy friends “ as anger was lifted into Rina’s voice.
They shake their heads.
“ aww what a great friend you have Acadia. You’re having Soraya protect you even though it's not her fault. Why not come clean ? I won’t bite “ as Rina smiles at them gently in a friendly manner, while looking at them.
They still didn’t move. Rina wasn’t in the mood. She could easily break her neck like a twig. She sighs. She turned to face Franklin. He nodded. So did the others. Elroy starts humming again. And everyone who heard it fell asleep. The others touch people’s heads. They place their hands over their heads. They were saying strange words quietly, but in a native language. Others thought they were checking if these people got hurt. Brian joined in the humming.
They want to make sure that no one can see what they are about to do. When the humming stopped, Franklin and Darwin made sure that Jerome wasn’t hurt. And that if he was asleep. She unconsciously makes sure that even outsiders don’t see what’s inside the store. She made an illusion where the store was closed. So, they know that the pizza place isn’t open. When no one was looking, a mysterious girl came out of hiding. It was as if the girl was floating. Because she didn’t touch the floor.
The door swung open. The sky turned dark and gloomy. There was now lightning and thunder. It looms into the air as if madness has come to cause chaos. The others try to comfort Rina. When they weren't looking, the girl sat down on her seat. She watches them without making a sound.
