Chapter 18 - Waking up part II

“ Ugh, is that why I felt pain when I was in a deep slumber ? Humans are so fragile. It needs to be carefully. IF you do it by force, humans would easily die instantly. I just don’t see why Rina dates that pathetic human. What was his name again ? “ says Zara as she sighs when she gazes up at Agustin’s face.

Agustin didn’t respond. He got lost staring at her eyes. He and the others were trying to build a strong bond with her. She glanced over to the two men. They stayed quiet. Then they sigh.

“ Zara, what are you planning to do if you learn that human name? “ says one of the men.

“ I’m not entirely sure. I just want to see who the pathetic humans are. The ones who physically, mental and emotional destroyed Rina “

“  I’m sick of human males who take advantage of a girl’s heart. Promise them endless love and love. Saying she’s the only one for him. Them saying they trust the person. When in reality they don’t  “

The others were about to say something. But, they stopped themselves. They didn’t want to anger her. Silence came again. Zara rolls her eyes. Zara sighs.

“  Isn’t this what caused Rina to be in the hospital in the first place ? “

“  Because human male trust the words of a liar. A human female who wants just the male “

“  Isn’t it pathetic? For human females to believe that the human male is rich. When the reality struck, it hurts “

Zara could feel Rina’s pain. Her heart is hurting so much. She believes everything. Especially the ones Jerome tells Rina all the time. He told her that Rina was the only girl in his heart. And the fact that he loves her deeply. He believes her. He trusted her. And yet he trusts the world of a liar. And a human female thinks that Jerome is rich. Zara shakes her head. She knew the personality of this Jerome person. He’s a gold digger at heart. Even when he doesn’t realize it himself.

Not only that, Rina has gotten hurt countless times. She gives and gives. But, she doesn’t get anything. She’s a wonderful person. Zara doesn’t understand why Rina gave Jerome a chance to date her. Even when he was the one who asked her out. It’s sad. It’s a sad reality. And she is broken. Even after what she has gone through, she still believes in Jerome. Thinking about it more makes Zara angry. Agustin felt Zara’s emotions. Just like how they felt Rina’s emotions.

“ You guys have to learn how to close your mind. I do not want to read what you have to say. Anyways, I noticed you have met the mysterious girl have you not ? “ says Zara as she looked at Rina’s guy friends and the two men.

They nodded at her question. It was signaling to her that they were saying ‘ yes ‘. Zara smiled. She was in a delightful mood. She was happy that these people had met the mysterious girl. She knows who the mysterious girl was. And it’s not the nighttime to reveal who she was. Not. Yet anyways. Since, Rina cannot remember who she was. And that her memories haven’t returned. She did notice that Rina had a couple of dreams here and there.

“ Good. Because the mysterious girl is all Rina has at this point. Even when it comes to calming the beast within her “

“  I can tell that Rina will eventually get her memories returned. She needs to find out the truth though “

“  Once Rina remembers who she is. I don’t think she would use her name. Would she ? “

Zara  was deep in thought. She could feel what Rina’s reaction would be. She looked at the two men.

“ Did you guys find Rina’s precious treasures ? “

“ Because, when she wakes up and has all her memories back. I don’t want to see her panicking and screaming. Her scream is like a death horse “

Zara says as she inhales and exhales.

“ You seem like you know a lot about Rina than you let on Zara “

“ Trust me I know. But, the sooner we find it. Then the better to explain about why and who cause her to have amnesia  “

Zara explains to the men around her.

“ Can’t really say. It’s hard to tell at this point “

“ Then what do you suggest then ? “ says the six mens and two older men as they look at Zara straight into her eyes.

Zara was thinking. She looked at the police station. And the two humans pop in her mind. She didn’t need to say anything. She thinks that her answer lies inside there. She must seek the human male. She looked at Darwin and the rest. They sigh over and over. And they gave in. Zara smiled at them brightly. Franklin handed her a new set of clothes. Clothes that were already bought by them all. They handed Zara the new clothes. She peeked through it.

“  Wow guys! I’m speechless. How did you know my size ? “

Zara was excited to find a new set of outfits to wear.

“  Wait, do I have to wear this? These clothes are Rina’s taste. Does it even fit me ? “

The guys just laughed softly. They liked Zara’s personality.  It made them feel calm and relaxed.

“  So, where do I get dressed ? “

The two men came over to them. They all went into a round circle. They huddle together. 

“  Oh no! You want me to change here. Outside in the cold. While you guys watch me change ? “

Cedrick’s ears perk up. He winked at her. Even though Zara is in Rina’s body. He is such a perv. Never seen Cedrick to be like this around her. Especially, he doesn’t really flirt towards Rina herself. They huddle together like they are playing football. When in reality, they aren’t. The mens are gentlemen. They respect the privacy of her. They turned their back to her. Zara sees countless ribs and fine muscles in front of her. Their faces are facing towards the police station.

Zara opened the big bag. She was speechless again. She saw a matching lingerie to wear. She took off her old clothes out in the cold wind.

“ Where do I put the old clothes that I used to wear ? “ says Zara as she looked around her, but she couldn’t see any extra bags.

Agustin could hear zippers being zipped in and out. Darwin gulped many times. They couldn’t help themself in sniffing the scent. A lovely scent. A scent that belongs to Katrina. The two men were not affected by it. They have their own wives. They want to help Zara out in this case. One of them gave Zara another bag. A bag that she could put her old clothes in. She was completely bare naked.

“ How do I put this on ? Stupid lingerie. Who’s idea was to buy this ? “ said Zara as she looked at the fabric of the lingerie a couple of times when she said it more to herself, but others heard it.

“ Wait!! Never mind. I figured out how to wear it. Hopefully this makes sense “

It’s the first time Zara has worn clothes. Clothes that humans wear. She hasn't seen lingerie like this before. She put on her red lace pushed up bra. She slipped on her matching red lace panty on her. But, she still feels cold in her private area. She put on a knee high stocking that looked like a sock. It went all the way past her knees. It was easy to slip on her skirt. It was a mini pencil skirt. But the skirt was played with checkers. And it has skulls and roses on it. You know, like the printed images of it.

Since it looked like it was a cold day; she put on a pair of shoes. Well more like a pair of black uggs. But, the uggs have small heels on them. So, it’ll help her make her feel tall at least. Zara is a beauty and has a skinny and voluptuous body. Rina, on the other hand; she has some baby fat. So, her stomach is chubby. No one could see the fat. Because it's Zara’s turn to play. Her body changes overtime. She put on a fuchsia crop top bustier. The kinds that look like a tank top. But not really. Because, there was a diamond shape cut. 

It was placed in the center where you could see the cleavage. Her navel was the only one showing. The bustier was attached to her body. It didn’t fall off. Her mini pencil skirt didn’t fall off either. It was of the right size. She also had a warm crop top jacket. The jacket was supposed to make her feel warm.

“ Okay guys. I’m ready. I’m done putting clothes on. What do you guys think ? '' says Zara as she took a deep breath.

Zara turned around to face them. She made sure she didn’t fall flat on her face. She’s not used to wearing uggs boots with heels on. Elroy turned around. The others follow. Their jaws were wide open. Some had their mouth like a fish. The two men nodded at her. They were satisfied with the new look. Zara glanced at the two men. She could hear their thoughts. After a while, two new people showed up. It was the make up artist and the hair style her. A person with long black hair and green eyes appeared. 

He was doing makeup for Zara. It was a new complete look. The man gave Zara a smoky look on her eyes. It would show how powerful she would become. After the touch of makeup, the other person walked to her. She styled her hair. After a couple of minutes. Zara was fully ready to face her enemies head on. Agustin and the others gave her a thumbs up. They were very happy with her new look. The two men were satisfied too. The two men order one of their bodyguards to send these two people back to their job. 

Zara already sent them back where they came from. Her hair was silky and smooth. As well as her hair was shiny. It’s like her hair is on fire. But, that’s not true. Brian stepped forward. He gave her a present early. It was supposed to be for Rina. But, she’s currently sleeping in the back of her own consciousness. Zara opened. Her face was plastered with smiles. She really loved it. He gave her a choker necklace. It had a pentagon star with a crescent moon on it. She wore it with pride.

She hugged Brian tightly. He hugged her bag. Cedrick stepped up his game. He gave her a set of earrings too. It matches well with the choker that Brian gave her. However; the choker had an amethyst gemstone in the center. The earring was a pentagon star with a crescent moon. But it had another gemstone on it. It was a different kind. It was a blue topaz dangle on it. She hugged Cedrick. And he hugged her back too. Franklin came forward to her. He wanted her to complete the look.

He gave her a triple moon goddess bracelet. It was supposed to be an amulet that would protect her from any danger. The jewelry that Brian and Cedrick also have a protection charm on it too. But, it has different abilities than the others. The jewelry also came with gemstones. As for the others, they gave her headpiece jewelry. It had a heart of diamond made out of sapphire gem in the center of the headpiece. 

“ Isn’t this too much ? I mean I don’t mind the jewelry. But this ? “

Zara pointed at the head piece on her head. The two men nodded at her.

“ loyeolti is supposed to wear it. It would make others know who you are “

Agustin spoke out in turn. Zara turned her head to him.

“ Is that why you bought me an outfit with the purple color on it to match with it ? “

Zara looked at them. They didn’t say anything. She knew the answer. But, they nodded at her in her question.

“ But, don’t you guys have enemies? Won’t they try to put the people that Rina cares about in danger ? If she had any that is “ as Zara sighs at her own response, since she doesn’t want anyone to know that Rina is very special.

The two men didn’t think about that. They looked at each other. They shrugged. Like they don’t really care at this point. They could easily protect Rina. But, they don’t care about the human friends that Rina made. They couldn’t care less. Not anymore. They would care about humans. If and only if they haven’t caused any harm to Rina. Zara knows that Rina is just a nickname Katrina uses.

“ Don’t worry about your makeup Zara. It’s waterproof. Just in case you didn’t know that “ says Darwin and the two men as they pointed it out to her.

“ So does that mean that I could still look beautiful if someone tries to dump water on me ?  “ as Zara has an inkling feeling that it would happen.

The two men don't like the idea of it. The idea of humans trying to dump water on her. Time starts to move. Zara allowed it. The people in the hospital didn’t notice anything. Their memories were either wiped out or not. If it's a hospital run by the supernatural. Then their memories didn’t get erased. They would be told beforehand about it. If the hospital that Zara was in is run by humans. Then it’s most likely their memories are alternate. She scoffed at the thought of it. Does she really want to go into a place full of humans? She was thinking.

“ Are you ready Zara? All of us will be right behind you “ says one of the older men. 

The man was young, but wiser at his age. He looked at her.

“ Me and my brother will flank both of you Zara. So, you would be heavily protected. Just in case “ says the man's youngest brother as he looked at Zara in plain sight.

Zara didn’t say anything. She nodded. She wasn’t in the mood to argue. Not when a part of her is hungry. Not the kind of food humans eat if that’s what you think. The six men who were friends with Rina surround her. She was now guarded fully. The bodyguards of the two men guard the back and the front. They all held their heads high. The people close to her held their chest up and shoulder down. Their stride of walking was immense. It was all in sync. The bystanders that saw this all were shocked. 

They blinked their eyes a couple of times. Others who have their cell phone record what was happening. They made sure no one was watching them. The others are not aware of them yet. Their hair colors and eyes were slightly different. And they had to wear clothes that humans and commoners had to wear. It was due for their own protection. They had blended in like the rest of the human community. They all sigh. They could all hear others speaking. The ones in the front hold the door for them. They bow their heads to accept their kindness.

The workers were all busy. They were sitting on their respectable tables. Others were on the phone. Others drop what they were doing. Another kept their guard high. They thought Zara and the others were suspicious. Zara sighs. She didn’t like the odor of the police station. It smells like rotten eggs and a dead rat. Or more like not actually showered. There are police officers holding people handcuffed. The rest were sitting down waiting for their turn. Their turn to call someone on the phone.

The men were waiting for a whistle at the sight before them. They were making pervert sounds when their eyes were on Zara. She could feel their lustful eyes on her. She glanced on the side. She took notice of it. What harm would it be if she winked at them ? She did it. She acts before she thinks.  One came into the front desk.

“ How can I help you all ? “ says a man who has a bald head with no hair on it. He had brown eyebrows. His eyes were brown. He raises his eyebrow at them.

The men spoke.

“ Is this the place to see someone who is in prison ? “ says the man who was in front of Zara and the others as he glanced over in her direction.
