(Olivia)   It’s two days before Ron’s birthday and I still don’t know what to get him. School’s ended, and I stroll out of the compound with the intention of heading home when I realise my parents aren’t home to ensure I reach home at a specific time anyway.   I smirk.   Instead of heading home to what I know is an evening of chaos–pots and pans banging, Aunt Naomi yelling at Denise for making a mess and Rachel essentially cutting up every piece of scrap fabric she could find to attempt to make something fashionable out of it, and probably insulting my entire wardrobe- I head in the opposite direction and go to the mall.   I ought to find Ron something suitable there –a book maybe, or a movie, maybe a nice duster or a scarf or a beanie.
