We moved stealthily passed the pack borders following closely behind the hills scattered around. We decided to stay in human form as that will made hide in small corners and it was way more convenient.
We soon began to see pack members houses, infrastructures and a few people walking around. Most people had already retired to their homes so it was mostly patrols patrolling the area.
“They are more in number than usual, they are definitely hiding something” Thomas said through mind-link. We found out we couldn't mind-link anyone outside the pack borders but as far as we were inside, we could mind-link each other.
