April’s POV
I woke up at 5am, eager to see Ethan again. It was hard sleeping alone even though we only just got back together. I fell in and out of sleep thinking about him and worrying about his safety. When he was in the Darkseid Pack and I couldn't mind-link him, i sat with the other Luna whose mates accompanied Ethan and we waited for them to reach us back. I was so happy to hear from him that everything went well. Hopefully, Diane and Mark will be able to teleport them back quickly.
I walked down the stairs to the common room where everyone was gathered. Kaye, Serena; Damien's mate, Diane, Mark, Dennis and Drew were seated. Dennis sat a few inches away from Drew, he wasn't as anxious as he was before but I could see his hands rub against each other nervously.
