The next few months flew past, with trips to the different circuits, the long-haul races in Japan, Australia and Sepang before the final race back in Spain. We had decided on a winter wedding, during the break. The date was set for January 7th we had chosen to marry in the castle in England, then have a blessing at the church in our Spanish village a week later. The wedding would be quite grand, all our family had been invited, Emily was my bridesmaid, Carlos was Sab’s best man, Sam and Col his ushers. Everything was slotting together perfectly.
