That response made Alice pay absolutely attention to him as she became very curious to find out what happened.
"On one fateful evening, when I was fifteen, I was asked by him to deliver a message to one of his friends, and I had to spend the night outside since I couldn't not meet up to return home after delivering the message. I came back the next morning to see that the house was burnt, I did not know what happened but no one survived, I would have killed myself that day I knew all hope was lost. I tried several attempts to commit suicide but none of them was working. Someone was always available to save me and it became obvious to me that I wasn't destined to die by my own hands, so I kept surviving, waiting for death to come and take me to join my parents."
