I kicked the punching bag as seriously as I could. Ray stood in front of me and watched my kicks carefully, I tried hard on each one, thinking hard about my goal and what I could do to reach it. The gym was empty and the sound of my panting echoed across the room. Although i knew the sound reached way more people than you thought. I threw a final punch and looked at ray. He shook his head and sat down. I rolled my eyes as I grabbed my water bottle and drank water without a breath, thinking of what to say.  "I'll tell Lawrence you're not doing this." He mutters stubbornly and I throw the bottle at him. He catches it effortlessly and gives me a challenging look. I back down knowing it's better not to fight with him.  "Why not? I control my life not you. I'll be way better at the job!" I scream at him. He peers at me and opens his mouth. He closes his mouth as if thinking it's better not to argue with me. "It's not safe. You don't know what those freaks are doing. If they find out, you're dead." He tells me and walks towards me. I turn around and listen quietly to the faint thump of his heart. Guess there are some advantages to being supernatural. "Listen to me. The werewolves are becoming stronger. You know how they tore apart the 2000 of the Viscasia Clan?" He questions me and I turn back to meet his gaze. However strict and a pain in the ass he might be, the werewolves are getting out of control. The Viscasia Clan, a peaceful vampire clan which lay 200 miles off from their capital were hunted down in the morning and the bodies which were seen, were not a sight to see. The few survivors soon grew ill and were dumped into the sea.  "No, I want revenge. Revenge for what they did to me. They deserve to be dragged through hell and beyond." I tell him furiously but he shakes his head. He still thinks I'm a little girl who does not know how to protect herself. "I'm just doing this for your safety. Forget about what happened and move on with life. Others can go in your place." He answers desperately. I pity the sight of him, feeling worse because I put him in that situation. "No. Lawrence told me to do it. I will." I remind him and walk out of the room. I will get revenge for what they did to me and my family. I run through the farmhouses until I find the largest one of them all. If an ordinary human would have seen me, it would have been a quick blur. That's the fun of being a vampire (monster).
