Amelia; I didn’t understand what had just happened. Who was that wolf? And how was he able to speak to me through my mind? I pushed my legs harder, forcing myself to run as fast as possible. Whatever was back that had obviously spooked that wolf, and I was pretty certain that it was chasing me now. I could hear the gentle pop of twigs snapping under their feet.
