CHAPTER 2
This is it!
"Ameryllis! Are you ready?" Ariadné said to her sister happily as she entered her room, Amery gave her a fake smile and nodded
Boy! She's really happy to be back at Crystallite.
"I wish I could go with you Lil' sis but sadly every years have different train sections, but don't worry we'll see each other soon" She said
Amery thought to herself that she doesn’t want to go near her sister in school so it’s best if they leave separately
"I thought we're going to pretend that we're not related" Amery said which made her sister look at her with a sad face and hesitantly nodded
"Just a reminder Ams, freshie train is composed of different elemental classes.. so please sit with water classes" She reminded her sister, Amery looked at her and saw her dad’s attitude on her sister
"Aria, Amy! the bus is here!" Nixie said, Amery immediately closed the trunk of her luggage and went outside
"Now amery! remember what I always tell you" Adonis reminded her daughter for the last time, he was about to continue what he was saying but she immediately hugged him so he stopped after that she hugged her mother and gave both of them a kiss on the cheek.
When she went inside the train worker helped her with her luggage from the entrance she can hear the loud noise that the students are making. Amery felt out of place because she doesn’t know anyone her age, without asking the girl and Amery minding her own business she sat beside a girl who has a shoulder length jet black curly hair whose wearing a floral yellow dress and black sneakers, Amery tried to find out her zodiac sign but she was unable to do so because of her hair blocking her neck.
Amery took her notebook and started to draw random sceneries, she was starting to sketch the land but she was shocked when her drawings started to move
Hey! not to be rude but that's not how to draw a land.
After seeing the message, her drawings formed a land on its own and another message was written above her drawing
Im Serene!
She looked around to see who was talking to her but she suddenly saw her seatmates pointing finger moving while she was looking outside the window
Amery wrote with her pencil Im Amery it suddenly disappeared after that she received another message
Nice to meet you Amery, I’m sorry I had to talk to you this way. I belong to the Air Class, I’m an Aquarian by the way.
Amery was mesmerized by the fact that she was talking to an air class, She felt her seatmate move making her look up, Serene tied her curly hair which made her sign visible to everyone
She wrote to her. This whole not interacting to different e-classes sucks, but nice to meet you too serene.
I know, lucky I believe in freedom and equality just like my mom.
I wish my parents we're like yours, but i believe in freedom and equality too, nice to meet someone who understands
Yeah! well.. better change seats and uniform cause we are almost there, hope to see you around Amery!
"All water classes, come this way please" A girl said, Amery looked at her neck and saw her sign, she's a pisces just like her.
"Hey! Love your shoes" She said the moment she saw Amery walking towards her “I’m Acantha” she introduced herself
"I'm Amery" Amery introduced herself, she grabbed her by the arm and dragged her all the way to the dressing room
"We're almost there, I’m so excited" She squealed
Acantha instructed Amery to go inside the dressing room, the moment she stepped inside glitters appeared everywhere surrounding her, after a few seconds it stopped and pushed her outside, Amery looked at herself and her eyes widened when she saw that her outfit and hair changed, she was now wearing a long sleeve white polo, a black sleeveless blazer, black above the knee skirt paired with a white knee sock and black shoes. She was also wearing a dark green robe with the diamond like crystal crest on the left and a blue wave on the right
"Gosh! Amy. you look stunning" Acantha told her when she got out of the dressing room
"Right back at you" Amery said making her new friend laughed
After the whole activity at the dressing room, Amery sat with Acantha until they reached Crystallite after all she is Amery’s first Piscean friend and second friend at school.
"Freshmens assemble here" A tall and almost bald man with a clean shaved face announced
"That's Professor Z" Acantha whispered
"What's he teach?" Amery asked
"Science, From what I heard he's the most strict teacher here.. well you know besides from headmaster Leander" She said, Amery remembered the stuff he bought for Science class, it was really difficult to find so his subject must also be difficult to understand
After professor Z assembled them and divided them by their signs, Amery was with Acantha the whole time until three other pisces girls joined the line, every sign had ten freshmen five girls and five boys, sixty freshmens were only accepted this year
"Now that you've been sorted by your signs, please be sorted according to your e class without breaking your sorted sign line" He said
"OMG! Cy! Cy!" Acantha and Amery looked at the long straight haired girl behind them who was calling her friends name and tapping her shoulders
"What is it J?" The girl named Cy asked annoyingly
"Its Amias!" The girl named J squealed and Cy looked at what her friend was pointing at and squealed with her
"Girl, he's so handsome!" Cy said
Curious of what they're talking about, Amery and Acantha looked at the guy they were talking about
It’s the rude guy and....
he's coming on their way?
"Hey dear one, missed me?" He asked Amery directly
"No" Amery plainly answered him
"Scorpio's go with him" He was about to say something until they were called out by Professor Z
"See you later, dear one!" He said to Amery and waved. That is one annoying guy!
"Who was that?" Acantha asked her
"A rude guy I met in the train on my way to Vennel Blocks" Amery answered uninterested in what her friend was thinking
"OMG! that's Amias!" The girl named Cy said to Acantha
"Don't you know who he is?" The other one asked, Acantha and Amery exchanged their 'should we suppose to know him looks'
"That's Amias, Headmaster Leander's Grandson" Said the girl they called J
Amery realized that she was talking to family famous guy that’s why everyone on the train was staring at them at that time
"Im Cybele by the way" She introduced herself
"Im Jara"
"Acantha and this is Amery"
After their introduce yourself era, Amery saw the last pisces girl staring in the wind, Acantha and Amery exchanged looks
"Hey!" Acantha called her and she managed to look at them "Im Acantha" she introduced herself
"Freya" She said nicely, conscious if she's gonna say anything wrong
"This is Amery, Cybele and Jara" Acantha introduced her to everyone and she smiled
"Hi"
"Nice to meet you"
"Hey"
"Yup, she's one example of a pisces" Jara said making Freya laugh nervously
"Feel free to say anything to us, we're friends now" Acantha said to her and put her arm on freya's shoulder
"Pisces freshies, follow Ms. Ariadnè" Professor Z said
"Hello everyone, my name is Ariadnè, Im the head pisces, Im currently on my 3rd year and Im the president of the water class, Nice to meet and see new faces" Ariadné introduced herself
"No one asked about your achievements" Jara whispered to them making them laugh silently
They saw the pisces boys stunned by how she looks and acts like she's literally an angel, Amery rolled my eyes at their reaction
"Now if you all would follow me, Dinner at the Astrohall is about to start" She said and led the way
Upon entering the castle halls, there were many paintings and doors, huge staircases and huge chandeliers, When they entered the astrohall and it was full of students divided into four long seats with golden long tables and golden long chair with lots of foods filling up the long table
They sat down next to the Scorpio's and lucky Amery, there was no empty space but besides the headmasters grandson
"In occasions like this, the only available space is right besides me when it comes to you" He said while eating a whole chicken leg
Amery tried to ignore him and tried to eat her dinner peacefully but he was just too annoying and he kept talking to her the whole time
"Hey! watch this" He said to Amery and raised his palm to control the water on the dinner table and splashed it to the guy besides him
"Not cool dude!" The guy beside him said while wiping his face
"It was kinda funny bro" He said
"Oh! Dear one, this is Rein. My right hand man" He introduced the guy and tapped his shoulder
"Amery" she said and he smiled
Watching Amias play that little scene on Rein made Amery want to destroy that smirk on his face, Amery raised her palm and controlled the small amount of water left in the table then splashed it on Amias’ face, Perfect timing because she caught him off guard making some of the water enter his mouth making both Amery and Rein laugh loudly
"Now that's funny" Rein commented making both of them laugh harder
"All right dear one, I surrender" Amias said and raised both of his hands
She was about to laugh again but a huge amount of water hit her face
"Now we're all wet" He said
Amery gave him a look, he just produced water with his bare hands, That kind of magic is taught to second years yet he did it so calmly, That’s advance magic! That is one powerful rude guy.
"Students may I have your attention!" A man with a clean cut hair and clean shaved face wearing an all black outfit whose about in his middle 50's said in front, Amery immediately knew who he was as he somehow resembles to the Guy besides her
"Well would you look at that, the old man's about to give a speech" He said while looking in front
"That's a rude thing to say to your grandfather" Amery told him and he looked at her
"Yeah! but he doesn't care" He said and faced infront again.
"He's still your grandfather" Amery said but Amias pretended to not hear her
Still rude!
"Welcome to another year at Crystallite Academy, I wish you all great adventures and happiness while you all are staying here, 1st years Welcome and make yourselves at home" The headmaster made his short introduction and went back to his table
"Classes start tomorrow morning, so go get some sleep" Another teacher said
"First year pisces girls, please follow me" Amery’s older sister said
"First year pisces boys, follow me" said a guy whose about her sisters age, they both stared at each other and the guy smirked at her
"I can tell that they like each other" Cybele whispered to her girls
"Let's go freshies" Ariadné happily said leading them to their dorm rooms
When they got there the room was huge and has five king sized bed
"Wow" They all said in amusement
"You can say that again" Ariadné said "Isn't this amazing, this was also my reaction when I first got here" she said "This will be your room for 4 years" she added and they all looked at her "Right, I better go, sweet dreams" she said as she noticed that they don't like her presence
"So annoying" Jara said as she closed the door
"I know, she acts all highly and noble" Acantha said
"She’s also a harlot" we all looked at Freya who said that
"You’re extremely right there Freya" Jara said
"I don't know but she kinda resembles to Amery" Cybele said "No offense Amy"
"Non taken" Amery bitterly said
"Are you two related?" Jara asked
Amery panicked on the inside, she was thinking if she should deny it or tell them the truth
"Water to Amery?" She snapped back to herself when Cybele said that
She nodded and hummed
"She's my older sister" Amery said making them even more shocked
"Gosh! Please don't tell her we said those things" Cybele panicked meanwhile Jara was overthinking, Acantha dropped herself on her bed while covering herself with a pillow and Freya was staring at her
"Don't worry, I won't. Before coming here we made a decision to not tell anyone that we're related-"
"Is it because she's so annoying?" Cybele asked
"I just don't want to live in her shadows anymore and besides we're not really that close" she explained
"Go on" Acantha said, interested in what Amery was telling them
"In the eyes of my parents, she's the perfect daughter, In the eyes of the whole pisces community she's the perfect example of a pisces, In the eyes of everyone here in school, She's the perfect role model student"
"Well, in our eyes she’s a spoiled and annoying mythic who gets everything she wants just with a blink of her eye" Freya said
"Cheer Up Amy, you're better than her" Acantha said and hugged her friend
“I’ve been receiving rumors that she is a harlot that plays dirty to get herself to the top” Jara said
“Me too, It was also said that she’s super annoying and come to think of it, it is true” Cybele added
“I also have but my parents always said that they were all just jealous of her because she’s an over-achiever” Amery said
“Yeah right” Freya reacted
"Don't worry Amy, we won't tell anyone that she's your sister" Jara said and Amery smiled at them
I'm so lucky to have them.
