"Don't touch her?" Arthur spun around and delivered a brutal kick squarely to Aiden's injured leg. Aiden let out a sharp grunt of pain. Sweat instantly beaded on his forehead, but he refused to drop back to his knees. I wrenched my wrist out of Arthur's grip and threw myself in front of Aiden, shielding him. "Hold him down!" Lydia shrieked at the guards, her voice shrill with sudden panic. "How dare a runt cause a scene during an audit!" Two more guards lunged forward.
