This morning, I came to school on time after dropping Mia in front of her school gate.
Though she kept insisting that she would come with me and then walk to her school from here after she makes sure that I had safely entered the school premises, I did not let her do that.
After all, I am her elder sister and I am supposed to be the one to make sure of her safety first, not her. So, I had to assure her that I would be fine after a long debate and she only agreed when I promised that I would leave her a text as soon as I reached my school.
Tsk.
Sometimes I really forget who is the real elder sister between us.
Anyway,
I have been thinking about her quite a lot lately and did not realise how frequently I ended up sighing until I heard a familiar voice from behind.
