Jasmine’s POV
I heard some steps from the attached room. I tried to peek through the window but found no one. I thought it was a misunderstanding. I was about to turn when I heard Danny, Allen’s security head’s voice.
I hid, behind the curtain and tried to hear what he is doing here. First, I thought Allen is there but no he wasn’t. I shook to my core when I heard Lucifer’s voice, “Why did you call me here, Danny?”
I forgot to take a breath seeing him. Jacob told me he has gone to work early morning then what the hell is he doing here. I wanted to run but I found myself glued to the place. My body was betraying, I didn’t want to move because I knew he will not be happy to see me here if by mistake I made any voice.
