"Alexandra!" He yelled as she passed out in his arms.
When he heard some approaching footsteps, he grabbed her in his arms and ran.
"I swear I saw someone entering from the woods, it was the vampire," He heard a female voice.
"She was stained in blood, I saw it too," a different woman said as she walked forward.
Carla walked over to where they were hiding, "Wait, someone's there," she said. He brought Alexandra closer and kissed her hair as she gritted her teeth in agony. He had to get them out of there because he couldn't bear to see her in this condition.
