"She's hella conflicted," Samantha said, finally speaking up.
"Well, duh! You can't just expect her to be cool with everything. She's been living as a regular human, you can't just expect her to chug blood like it's some kind of juice," Scott snapped back.
"I know!" She yelled.
"Whoa, hold up there!" The man's eyes blazed with anger. "Do you have any idea how dangerous that was? Who do you think you are, putting yourself in harm's way like that?"
Samantha stood her ground, undaunted. "But she didn't attack me, did she?"
The man scoffed. "That's why I don't like you, because you are so hard headed." He rolled his eyes in frustration.
Before the argument could escalate any further, Dimitri stepped in. "Alright, let's all take a deep breath here. We don't need to fight about this."
