Alexandra and Blite didn't want to wait until nightfall, so while the wolves were busy with their activities, Alexandra decided to return home because she was sure Blite's mother was looking for her.
"Until now, I couldn't believe you're half wolf and vampire; you know, Best friend, you can write this on your next novel book," Blite exclaimed in disbelief as they ran out of the forest; they don't know where the way out is as long as she trusted her instincts and smell.
Alexandra sighed.
"I'm still not going to believe them until I talk to Mom; I need to see her and I'm worried."
"I know Mrs Carmella has a reason for keeping your personality a secret from you, but do you know anything about your father or have any pictures of him?"
"My mother said dad is busy with his work in Europe and she said that time will come we can be with him but mom didn't tell me about my father or even herself," she said sadly.
It didn't take long for them to leave the wolves' hut, especially Blite, who admitted that she was good at running but couldn't keep up with Alexandra, her best friend, who didn't get tired.
They were already waiting to be picked up on the highway.
"Are you sure your parents will pick us up?" Alexandra inquired.
"Yes, and I sent them our location; it's a good thing there's a signal here so I can access my gps." she simply nodded to Blite, and they soon noticed a black car approaching them.
"There they are," Alexandra exclaimed with excitement.
"But that's not our car," Blite replied, surprised.
"Hello two beautiful ladies, why are you here at the corner of the road? Don't you know that this place is not safe for the both of you?"
Alexandra was a bit startled by the man's speech when a black car arrived in front of them and the man got out, feeling magnificent. You can tell this man is a fvck boy with confidence the way he speaks.
"Someone will fitch us," Alexandra smirked, rolling her eyes.
"Are you two aware that cars rarely pass through here, this area is already secluded?" she exclaimed, stunned by the man's impoliteness. "Get in the car, I'll drive you to your destination."
"Ahm.. Best friend, maybe he's not a serial killer, right?" Blite whispered to me, I looked at the man well he is handsome and hunk but his skin is very white as if he was sprinkled with some milk.
"Shut up, Blite, what if he's a r****t?" I replied, explaining that we were the only two who could hear.
We were stunned when the man laughed, "Ahmm... I'm not a rapist."
"How did he hear us?" I almost whispered to Blite.
"How could you hear u-" Alexandra was about to finish what she says when she heard something from a distance.
"Move faster, the Luna might get away from us; we need to find her, or the vampires may overtake us."
"s**t! We were followed..." she thought to herself as she turned to face the man.
"Can you promise you won't harm us?"
"Yes, my Highness." He answered proudly and securely.
"Okay fine, I trust you." she looked at Blite wondering what Alexandra was doing. "Get in." she authoritatively ordered her friend. She didn't complain and got into the car, Blite sat in the back seat while Alexandra sat in the front seat next to a man.
"Can we stay at your place for a while?" she pleaded to the man as they walked across the road to the city.
"Why, my Highness?" he asked, not looking away from the road.
"We just need to get away, and please don't ask any questions; I'll pay you," Alexandra replied flatly, making the man smile.
"You're breathtaking, your silly attitude," the man says. Blite is listening to the two, she's thrilled looking at the two people bickering, she saw a blossoming love life in her mind she laughed. According to Blite, Alexandra and the man are made of the same stuff, and they will form perfect real-life partners if ever.
"What breathtaking are you talking about?"
"I mean you are pretty but at the same time you are strongly brave."
"tsk, you talk a lot just focused your gaze on the road so we don't bump."
"Ahm.. Alexandra, can you take me home? My mom texted me and she's worried."
"Where is your house?" he asked blite.
"At the Beverly Hills."
After a long hour, they arrived at Blite's village. She can't stay here because her traitorous friends know that Blite lives here. "Best friend, don't forget to text me or call me when you get to the guy's house, I promise I won't say anything." she raised her right hand as a sign of promise, Alexandra continued to smile as she thought of Blite as her only loyal and true friend.
"Yes, my dear best friend." She bites her lips to control her tears, Alexandra can't stop being emotional with her friend especially since she knows Blite not like her and she's afraid
for this.
Blite approached Alexandra, she bowed while whispering. "Seduce him, you look good together." she teased her which cause Alexandra bit her inner jaw, nothing changed for Blite she's still naughty that's why they became best friends because they have the same personality.
"Why are you holding back your tears? It's not bad to show your weakness, crying is not cowardice, but it will help you to lessen the burden," the guy remarked to Alexandra, her lips moving in the direction of the young man. She thought this man was merely attractive and sensual, but he also possessed a secret gentleness.
"Why are you now so kind and gentlemen?"
"I'm kind, you're just being judgmental to me, anyway we're here now."
Alexandra's eyes turned to the car window, she now realizes that they were entering the parking lot of a condominium building.
"You live here?" She amusedly said this is her first time to go to a 5-star condominium. This man is absolutely rich.
"Yes, I lived here." The man got out of the car first; she was going to open it, but a man opened it first and assisted her out. Alexandra's cheeks were flushed with happiness. Well, he is also a gentleman. You have a bonus point from me.
Even when they were inside the building, the man did not let go of Alexandra's hand. Alexandra couldn't figure out why she felt like electricity was coursing through her body every time her skin touched the man's skin. She couldn't stop picturing herself kissing him and both of them naked on top of the bed. Her imagination was only interrupted when the elevator rang, announcing that they had arrived at the man's condo floor.
She exhaled to calm herself and distract herself from her thoughts.
"Don't dream about sleeping with this guy; I'm sure he slept with a lot of girls," she told herself, her eyes widening in the centre of the man's thigh. "s**t! It's too long and too big."
"Hey! What are you thinking?" She had just come back to herself when the man flicked her forehead. She looked at him, and his forehead furrowed; he thought this girl with him was crazy; he heard her murmuring but he ignored her. "You've been whispering to yourself, are you crazy?"
She almost coughed at what he said to her: "What am I crazy?" "How dare he accused me of being crazy?"
"It appears that you are the real judgemental here, Mr.? Anyway, what is your name?" She immediately realized she didn't know the man's name, she just came here without even knowing his name.
"I'll answer your question later; we lingered too long outside my condo."
"Here we go again, he used to be in a good mood but now he's in a bad mood, does he have a mental illness? He probably needs a psychologist."
"Look, you're murmuring again," the man said, scratching his forehead.
"Yes, your Majesty, I'm in," she remarked sarcastically as she entered the condo.
