It took them about half an hour to reach the restaurant, the last bit they had to drive on a rather tight, curvy mountain road, but they finally reached a white, three story building with a nice terrace, whose entrance was marked by a red writing on wood. “Alla Tana dell’Orso” (At the bear’s den). It was too cold to stay on the terrace, so they went inside, where they were greeted by a young waiter. “For two?”, he asked, smiling warmly at them. They nodded, and he grabbed two menus and guided them into one of the small side rooms, whose walls were all made of dark wood and looked like they were 200 years old, a stark contrast to the clean, modernized look of the building’s outside.
