Vanessa could still feel his lips on hers when she closed her eyes. After kissing for what seemed an eternity, he pulled away from her and leaned his forehead against hers, breathing heavily. His scent of cucumber and mint made her feel dizzy, and she took a deep breath, wishing they could stay like this for the rest of their lives. Her skin was tingling where he touched her, small waves of electricity running through her body. She could feel him hesitate when he let her go, as if he wanted to pull her back in again, and part of her was hoping he would.
