Lyra   Breathe.   Breathe.   In.   Out.   My eyes snapped open and immediately began scanning my surroundings. For a moment my body had felt foreign, as if I was no longer in control of it. My hyperventilation dissipated allowing me to conjure leveled thoughts concerning my present situation. I recalled Mariah forcefully gripping my hand and then darkness, complete and utter darkness. My ears perked up at the sound of a familiar  warm voice. I found myself seeking it out, my steps cautious and calculated.
