Alexander We ate at a table on the terrace, the ocean spread out before us, brilliant blue under the morning sun. Olivia seemed more relaxed now, her initial shyness fading as we ate. "This is good," she admitted, taking another bite of eggs. "Told you. I'm good at everything." "Except humility." "Overrated virtue." I sipped my coffee. "So, what's on your agenda today, Mrs. Carter?" The title made her pause, fork halfway to her mouth. "That's going to take some getting used to." "You'll have a year to practice." "Right." She set down her fork. "Well, since we're on our honeymoon, I suppose my agenda is whatever you've planned." "I have a few ideas." I let my gaze wander over her, lingering on where my t-shirt had ridden up her thighs. "None of them involves leaving this property."
