"Sorry but I don’t," I replied. "But I do have medical patches that can be used to cover those uhm… piranha bites"

“Really, Eliah?” Kuya Peejay said with disbelief. I can’t help but to laugh joining Kuya Jaypee like crazy clowns.
"All right, give them to me," said demandingly. I went to one part of the room to get the medicine box.
"You might as well apply an ice pack first," was Kuya Jaypee's suggestion. I also had a cold pack so I took that and gave it to Kuya Jaypee.
"I'm surprised ... you have these," Kuya Peejay said while opening the pack of medical patches . I smiled and watched Kuya squeeze the cold pack and put it on his neck.
