Why it’s too early to start my day but we can have an early morning for work again. My blankets feel so soft and my pillow so nice.
Get up before we lie down again and close my eyes. Look there goes the alarm clock again, biep … biep … biep
Okay okay, i wake up and take off my warm blanket and turn off the alarm on my bedside table next to my bed.
I get ready for the day and look at the clock 06.30. Luckily still twenty minutes before we have to be ready. I’m brushing my hair in front of the mirror and pull out my favorite outfit. My beautiful brown suit, which not only suits me but also gives me a kind of happiness.
I’m leaving my bedroom to quickly make a cup of coffee to take with me. Suddenly i hear a knock on the front door. Oh yeah, my sister. She has to come with me today because her car is still at the garage.
My sister Serena lives next to me in the fourteen-story building. What a coincidence, you might say. Our parents wantes us to support each other, but still have our own space. Believe me that was my requirement too, because my parents couldn’t hear no. They wanted to put us both in a house first.
‘Hello …. HELLO’ SISTER bonk bonk bonk. Riley open up the door. Another hello came from the other side of the door because i wasn’t fast enough for her. She wanted her own key to my apartment, but if did that. I’d have no privacy anymore and i like it that way.

Because what could i say to Serena, didn’t matter because she didn’t see the harm in it. She was the golden child in my parents eyes and no matter what she did wrong, my parents always tried to make it better than it was. So i don’t see the point in arguing with Serena anymore.
I walk back to my bedroom to get dressed again. Serena had the nerve to tell me to hurry because it was 06:55 a.m.
The only thing i had time, for so early was to wave my hand and say i’ll be quick. She better not touch my coffee before i lost my cool.
I rummaged through the closet and luckily i still had a suit in it. Thank god for me, but it lasted not long because when i took it out to try it. Did i realize the pantsuit was missing, i sighed again because my morning couldn’t go any worse.
I am not a fan of skirts, but i have no other options because the rest of my suits are at the laundromat. I still have to pick them up because i was so busy with the paperwork for our ceo Julian Lockridge.
Yes, you could also call me a tomboy in that regards. From a young age, i lived in pants. Made a scene of if i had to wear a dress. Five minutes pass and i walked back to the kitchen.
Luckily the office didn’t open until eight o’clock. But yeah traffic because we didn’t want to be stuck in traffic. The drive to the office take twenty minutes.

Before i yelled at her, i told Serena we were going to leave and that she had to get up because we were leaving.
If the morning was bad, the car ride wasn’t any better because who wanted to turn on the radio but didn’t like what they where playing at 07:30 a.m.
At that moment Serena felt the need to say that she didn’t like the skirt because i always wear pantsuit.
