I notice Quinn walking towards Isaac's room, I shook my head in disgust- I notice something sharp in her pocket.
"Quinn!" I say with enthusiasm, she looks at me confused. "I haven't spoken to you in a long time!" I fake smile, this is it.
I should lie. I should say I found all five clues.
"That's great," she whispers to herself.
"Pardon?" I look at her, she smiles politely.
"I said I would love to hang out with you one day." she lies straight through her teeth,
I wouldn't like to get murdered but thanks for the offer though.
Perhaps I should make a better lie.
"Quinn they moved Isaac to room 690." I look at her, standing in front of the door.
She widens her eyes, "really?" she says in annoyance- have fun searching for no-one.
"But that's like four floors up." she groans, "I know." I respond as she takes a deep breath.
"The elevator isn't working either, you would have to walk all the way up." I smirk knowing it would take her a long time to find nothing.
"Damn it," she hisses.
Quinn walks towards the direction of the stairs, once she was gone I quickly walk back into Isaacs room.
"Isaac." I shout.
Isaac looks at me confused, "you shouldn't be here." he sighs.
"She's gone, I said you were four floors up- get up, we should go." I say as he shook his head.
"Don't you understand that I can't leave."
I roll my eyes as I walk towards him, "Get up, let's leave." I say as he clenches his stomach in pain."
"I can't, it hurts too much." he mutters.
"Tough luck." I heard another voice, it was Kayden.
"We're transferring you to another hospital." I look to find Hunter avoiding my glance.
"Sir, the van for the transfer is ready- he could leave now." A nurse says as she walks away.
"Let's go." Kayden grabs Isaac, Isaac finally gets up with the help of Kayden.
Kayden and Isaac are out of the room, it then leaves Hunter and I.
"I'm wasn't going to apologise to you for not letting you go down to the attic." he starts, I make my way out of the room but he pulls me back.
"But then I had a change of thought, it would be incredibly heartless of me to not apologise." Hunter says looking at me with his steel eyes.
"I'm sorry." he says curtly before clearing his throat.
"That's great, we need to leave now." I say without looking at him.
I leave the room and towards the exit of the hospital with Hunter trailing behind me.
Once I was outside I noticed Isaac sitting down inside the van, he looks down at the floor.
"Why are you doing this? Just over one stupid game you're risking your life." I stare at him as he doesn't look up as I take a seat beside him.
"You don't know me, you don't know what I've done in the past- the things I've done still are in my head till this day." he sputters as if he was ashamed of himself.
"Like what?" I ask him.
Isaac faces me, he smiles- "That's a tale for another day, if I survive of course." I look at him perplexed.
"What do you mean?" I ask, he looks at Hunter and Kayden talking outside.
"I still can't believe they even bothered to help me, after all that happened." Isaac voices, he seemed slightly shocked.
"They're not your enemies Isaac."
He looks at me straight faced, "I know, they're Quinn's and the other persons enemy."
"Other person?" I forgot that Isaac even spoke about a second person.
"You didn't tell me the second persons name."
"I know." Isaac groans, I look at his stomach- it starts to bleed again.
"We should transfer him now." A nurse looks at me, "Mam it would be best for you to let us do our job." I nod my head as I walk out of the van.
The doors closed as the person in the van starts to drive off with Isaac inside.
"Finally, we can leave!" Kayden says exhausted, what did he do that caused him to feel so tired.
"What's your problem with Isaac?" I look at Kayden as he smirks, holding a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"A lot, but it would take a lot of explaining for someone as innocent as you Rose."
Hunter adds on to Kayden's statement, "Don't take us helping him today as some sort of bravery act, we have our reasons to avoid someone like him."
"Why help him?" I enquire as Hunter crosses his arms as Kayden looks at him.
"If he dies, none of us will survive," Hunter says in a chilling tone.
The sound of heels clicking grabs my attention, with a small dagger in her hands- it was Quinn.
"Three birds with one stone?" she asks.
