23 Kelsea turned the box over in her hand and smiled. Edward was always leaving her little things. Sometimes it was for work, but once in a while he brought her a gift that toed the line of appropriate. She told him they couldn’t be together, but he insisted the things he bought her were because he thought of her as a friend and nothing more. She knew she would return whatever gift was inside the box, but she was curious. She untied the bright red bow and opened the box. A small card sat on top with her name scribbled on the envelope. She picked it up and revealed a CD underneath. She slid her finger under the flap of the envelope. She pulled the card out. The picture on the front was a beautiful woman, fully clothed.
