Any gunrunner worth paying has heard of the Felccar mdl-H12. Felccar Corporation designed it as a light cannon to be carried, deployed, and fired by a single soldier. But the model was never produced for the open market. The mdl-H12 was a custom solution built for Felccar soldiers alone, in no small part because of how powerful the thing was.
