23 In the gloom of a small maintenance tunnel connected to the Denabrian subway system, Isara watched the hologram that hovered over her wrist. The six-inch-tall version of Slade stood with hands on his hips and stared up at her with disdain on his face. “You have your orders.” Isara felt her eyebrows rise. “Indeed I do.” She turned to find a long tunnel lit only by bulbs along one wall.
