After returning to the security office, Auric Joe was sitting angrily on a chair, glaring coldly at Ethan.
He had just reported Ethan for skipping work without permission and for attacking hospital staff. Now seeing Ethan return, he assumed that Ethan had been punished, and said coldly: “Ethan, doesn’t it feel awful to get fired?"
Hitting the head of security in front of everyone, being fired would be the least of his consequences.
Ethan couldn't even be bothered to respond.
"You’ve only worked for a few days and now you’ve been fired! You’ve set a record for the shortest employment in the Emerald Hospital! Hahaha.” Auric laughed even harder as he thought about it.
Seeing Ethan not say anything, Briggs couldn't help but ask worriedly: “Ethan, you didn’t actually get fired, did you?"
