Rebecca’s eyes gleamed with determination: “Such a prime business asset, such valuable land. Whoever owns this land will have to make a one-time effort to reap lifelong benefits. It would be an invaluable boost for any pharmaceutical group. But unfortunately, Emerald Hospital is too small, unqualified to participate in the bidding, and lacks the capability to compete.”
