“This way, please,”
Claudia led us into the meeting room where a few people were already waiting. Each of them had an ID card around their necks, signifying that they were staff of the company.
“This is the CEO's daughter, Miss Emily Monroe,” she introduced me to them, and they quickly stood up to their feet.
“And she will be overseeing the company's project since Mr. Lucas is currently not available,” she added.
“It's nice to meet you, ma,”
“It's good to see you, ma. My name is Scarlet Roland, the leader of the marketing team,” A young lady of about the same age as me introduced herself to me with a smile on her face.
“I'm Leilani Wyatt, leader of the sales team,” Another lady who was in her mid-twenties introduced herself to me.
