 “Why is Daniel coming out of that car hope nothing happened to my brother?” Anthony, Daniel brother said and also referring to Mirabel his step mom.

“What kind of a foolish question is that, have told you and your brother to leave my house but you will never listen and now today he stole my money I got no other option than to send him out of the house” she answered back.

“Are you for real you mean you sent my brother out of the house, no wonder he did called me with a strange number asking me to come home.” Anthony said.

Meanwhile Daniel has walked up to them and the mob boss is still in her car.

“Brother you are here, have looked for you everywhere” Daniel said crying and hugging is brother tightly.

“Am sorry ok am sorry, I wouldn’t have left you with this devil of a woman if I had known she will still act in her mad self.” Anthony said with much disgusting look in his eyes for his step mom.

“How dare you call me a devil you fool” Mirabel spat out angrily.

“Of cause that’s what you are how can you beat a small boy like this and still sent him out of the house, you are such a beast, I regret ever asking my dad to marry you then, I thought you were good but I never knew you were a chameleon” Anthony spoke angrily to her, felling regretful.

“Because your brother deserves it you fool, have gotten what I want from your father which is all is wealth, though I was pregnant for him before he died, luckily for him his child survived, so I can’t take care of my baby and also take you of the both of you, after all you know I have a grown up daughter before your father married me, I don’t think you expect me to neglect my children just because of the both of you. And you Daniel who brought you back home with such an expensive car? as small as you are, you are now into robbery.” Mirabel said.

“Don’t you dare call my aunty a thief” Daniel retorted which shock both Anthony and Mirabel.

Meanwhile the boss had overhead all of their conversation so she came out of the car, and so did wolfy, he stood right in her front. Just the sight of wolfy was enough to made them all scared, he looked just like a wolf, it was very unbelievable for Anthony he could not believe who he was actually seeing, he remembered who she is in no instance.

“The Boss” Antony muttered to himself.  looked at her and was surprised to see such an elegant lady for the first time in his life he never thought he will come face to face with her, he heard a lot about her from his dad, and his dad has a picture of her, which she wasn’t concentrating on the picture, he was sure back then that the picture was taken without her permission. But he has always feared her, since his dad had said a lot about her to him and she is looking just like how his Dad has described, even Mirabel was also surprised she never thought a lady owns the car and also she is so highly dressed with a golden mask on her face. The boss, after staring at them from far, noticing that each of them is in thought, she decided to walk up to them.

“Daniel, is this your brother and also the step mom we are talking about” Referring to both Mirabel and Antonia, she said in a sarcasms tone.

“Yes they are” Daniel replied.

She looked at those in her front and decided to say more words, but the thing is that she is really thinking of the way to put her words together in front of the lady in front of her.

“Mrs, so you are Daniel Step Mom, unbelievable” She spat angrily.

“What is so unbelievable in me being is step mom?” Mirabel said, but it obvious in her face that she is scared of the person in front of her.

The boss looked at her and felt how stupid this lady can be to ask her such question. “well that’s because I don’t expect a young lady like you to be this heartless in sending a little boy out on the street, all the same am not here for chit chat.” She said and looked at Daniel and also look at Anthony. “Well Anthony if am not mistaking that’s your name, you I hate talking too much, as long as your step mom doesn’t want you guys here, so am deciding to give you an offer, if you will like it.” She said to him actually she is tired of talking, therefore she decided to hit the nail on the head.”

“What kind of offer are you trying to give us, and to top it all we don’t even know who you are, you just came in here with Daniel” Anthony said to her, “ and Daniel were did you meet such person, can’t you see she is a complete stranger, why would you followed her in her car.” Anthony said to his brother.

“She is my aunty, and she isn’t wicked like step mom, she is very kind I promised you.” Daniel said. Anthony knew Daniel is only saying this because he is a child, he can’t smell the evil around him.

The boss looked at Anthony with the evil smile in her mouth, obviously just looking at Anthony she have known who he is but the thing is he doesn’t know who she is, as long as she is with a mask on her face, but now that she has seen Anthony she is anxious to let him go with her.

“Anthony am just here to help the little boy, he needs to go to school and you also need a better job but who accept you in this country when everyone was against your father before he died.” Anthony wasn’t surprised about hearing that from her, he knew very well, who she is after all she is a mob boss, but what Anthony does not know is, there is more to what it seems as.

“its possible for you to know our family background but you can use that to overthrown us” Anthony said. She looked at him and said.

“who is overthrowing who here, look at yourself Anthony, your father has so many wealth, but where are they today, someone from nowhere has taken over it, and the little you guys were supposed to hold on to, she has also taken it,” pointing at Mirabel “ think Anthony am sure you know who  I am that’s why you are not surprised that I know everything about you, you better think fast this is an opportunity for you, all I want is you both should come with me, that’s all.” She said to him.

After so many thought on his mind, Anthony still does not know if he can trust her, but with the look on Daniel face, he know for sure the little kid has already made up his mind, he decided not to ponder much, after all he has been suffering for the past few years now that he lost his father and Mirabel was not helping.

“if you said we should go with you, then we will, that’s if you promise you have no other intention against us.”
