I could have lost my life from the stress of losing my company and I damn near lost my morality and sanity to make those that took it away from me pay. Nick getting locked up and forced to compensate three point five million wasn’t enough. The official department getting dismantled, and the state being forced to cash out ten million wasn’t enough. It’ll never be enough. I spent my whole life busting my behind for my name and reputation and in a blink of an eye my life work meant nothing.
In life, not every path comes with an end, sometimes leading to detours and mazes. Not every action deserves a reaction and not every problem deserves a solution. It’s in our nature to try to solve every problem, to get closure for every situation, and find a straight road without bumps or hurdle
