Melody It’s been a week since the masquerade event and Jay still hasn’t told me what he meant when he said that others knew more about us than us. That statement has been bothering me more than I wanted to admit. We’ve both been busy with work. I’ve had three seminars, two new formulas, three projects, and four meetings. Pa had already told me that Jay had a lot of catching up to do. I can only imagine what he has going on. However, I get the feeling that he’s avoiding me on this topic. F that, it’s not a feeling. I know he is. He makes time to go with me to get my stitches out, to meet me for lunch and dinner. Yet whenever I bring up that topic, he has things to do and leaves. I don’t get it. I’ve already promised that whatever it is that I’d stick by him and would deal with it togethe
