Madrazo

The morning after Jules made his resolve in church, he took a cab over to 13 rue Washington. It was his old neighborhood due east of Étoile, where he’d shared a studio with Madrazo before buying the place on rue Copernic. His head was clearer today, the better for his decisiveness. Yes, Bennett had suggested the plan, but it cheered Jules to have an excuse to involve his former roommate in the adventure.
But he wondered why Bennett was so sure the young Spaniard would go along with it.
